Ingredients:
-Cream cheese 200g
-Bareek Cheeni (Caster sugar) 100g
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 100g
-Whipping cream 200ml
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Yellow food color 1 tsp
-Warm water 50g
-Gelatin powder 1 tbs
Direction:
-In a bowl, add cream cheese, beat on medium speed for 1-2 minutes, add caster sugar, beat until well combined.
-Add yogurt, beat for 2-3 minutes & set aside.
-In another bowl, add whipping cream, beat until stiff peaks form.
-Transfer it to a cream cheese mixture, lemon juice, yellow food color, fold until well combined.
-In a jar, add warm water, gelatin powder, whisk well & add in cream cheese mixture, mix well, transfer it to a piping bag.
-Pipeout prepared cream cheese mixture in a silicon cheese shape mold & let it set for 2-3 hours in freezer or 8 hours in refrigerator.
-Now takeout from the freezer, demold it, & serve chilled!

-Ek bowl mein cream cheese dalein aur medium speed par 1-2 minutes beat karen, phir caster sugar dalein aur achi tarah beat karen jab tak well combined ho jaye.
-Yogurt dalein aur 2-3 minutes tak beat karen, phir side par rakh den.
-Ek doosray bowl mein whipping cream dalein aur beat karen jab tak stiff peaks ban jayein.
-Isay cream cheese mixture mein transfer karen, lemon juice aur yellow food color dalein aur fold karen jab tak achi tarah combine ho jaye.
-Ek jar mein garam pani aur gelatin powder dalein, whisk karen aur cream cheese mixture mein daal kar mix karlen, phir piping bag mein transfer karen.
