Cut chicken fillets into cubes & set aside.
In bowl,add yogurt,ginger garlic paste,tandoori masala,lemon juice and mix well.
Add chicken and mix well.
Cover and marinate for 30 minutes.
Deseed capsicum & cut in to cubes and take out in a bowl.
Cut onion and garlic and take out in a bowl.
Deseed green chilies and tomatoes and take out in a bowl.
Add salt,black pepper powder,fresh coriander,mix well & set aside.
Dip clay pots in water for 1-2 hours.
In clay pot,add marinated chicken,mix vegetables and butter.
Wet clay pot with water and place rolled dough,seal properly and prick with skewer.
Cook on burning charcoal for 10-12 minutes or cook directly on stove for 15-20 minutes.

Shimla mirch ko deseed ker ka cubes mein cut ker lein aur bowl mein dal dein.
Pyaz aur lehsan ko cut ker lein aur bowl mein dal dein.
Hari mirch aur tamatar ko deseed ker lein aur bowl mein dal dein.
Namak,kali mirch powder aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Clay pots ko pani mein 1-2 hours kliya chor dein.
Clay pot mein marinated chicken,mix vegetables aur makhan dal dein.
Clay pot ko pani sa geela karein aur rolled dough rakh ker ache tarhan seal karein aur skewer sa prick ker lein.
Jaltay hoye koyla per 10-12 minutes kliya paka lein ya directly chulhay per 15-20 minutes kliya paka lein.
