In pot,add oil,cloves,black pepper corns and mix well.
Add rice,chicken powder,garam masala powder and salt,mix well for 2 minutes.
Add water,mix well and bring it to boil and cook until ¾ th done.
Take out ½ cup of rice,add yellow food color,mix well & set aside.
In remaining rice,add green chilies and mix well.
Now add colored rice in remaining rice,cover and let it simmer on low flame for 2-3 minutes then fold gently to mix.
In squeeze bottle,add tomato ketchup,chili garlic sauce,mix well & set aside.
In wok,heat oil and fry chicken shots until golden brown and set aside.
In serving dish,add cooked rice,fried chicken shots and drizzle red sauce.

Baqi bachay hoye chawal mein hari mirchein dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Ab colored chawal ko baqi bachay hoye chawal ka upper dal dein aur dhak ker 2-3 minutes kliya halki ancch per dum per rakh dein phir gently mix ker lein.
Squeeze bottle mein tomato ketchup aur chili garlic sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Karhai mein oil garam karein aur chicken shots ko golden brown fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Servig dish mein cooked chawal,fried chicken shots aur red sauce dal ker serve karein.
