Ingredients:
-Keri (Raw mango) 600g
-Podina (Mint leaves) ½ Cup
-Water 2 Cups
-Water 3-4 Cups
-Sugar 600g
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Tatri (Citric acid) ½ tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbs
-Kala namak (Black salt) 2 tsp
-Ice cubes
-Keri (Raw mango) sliced
-Podina (Mint leaves)
Directions:
-Peel raw mango & cut into cubes.
-In a blending jug,add raw mango cubes,mint leaves,water,blend well & set aside.
-In a wok,add water,sugar,turn on the flame,mix well & cook on medium flame until sugar is dissolved.
-Add blended mixture,red chilli powder,citric acid,cumin seeds,black salt,mix well & cook on medium flame for 18-20 minutes & keep stirring in between.
-Let it cool.
-Can be stored for up to 2 months in refrigerator (Yield: 1200ml).
-In a serving glass,add ice cubes,prepared squash (¼ cup),water (3/4 cup) & stir.
-Garnish with raw mango slices,mint leaves & serve!

-Keri ko peel ker ka cubes mein cut ker lein.
-Blending jug mein keri,podina aur pani dal kar blend kar lein & side par rakh dein.
-Karahi mein pani aur cheeni dal kar flame on karein,achi tarah mix karein aur cheeni ghul janay tak darmiyani ancch per paka lein.
-Blended mixture,lal mirch powder, atri,zeera aur kala namak dal ker ache sa mix karein aur 18-20 minutes tak darmiyani ancch per paka lein aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-2 months kliya refrigerator mein store ker saktay han (Yield: 1200ml).
-Serving glass mein ice cubes,¼ cup tayyar squash aur ¾ cup pani dal ker stir ker lein.
-Keri aur podina dal ker serve karein!
