Ingredients:
Prepare Chicken:
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Dried oregano 2 tsp
-Paprika powder 2 tsp
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 2 tsp
-Dahi (Yogurt) thick 3 tbs
-Lemon juice ½ tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Boneless chicken thin fillet 3 pieces (300g)
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
Prepare Tzatziki Sauce:
-Dahi (Yogurt) hung 1 Cup
-Kheera (Cucumber) grated & squeezed 1 medium
-Lemon juice 2 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 cloves
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
Assembling:
-Pita bread
-Salad patta (Salad leaves)
-Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & cubes
-Kheera (Cucumber) deseeded & cubes
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced
Directions:
-In a bowl,add cumin powder,black pepper crushed,dried oregano,paprika powder,coriander powder, pink salt,garlic paste,yogurt,lemon juice,cooking oil & mix well.
-Add chicken fillets & mix well,cover & marinate for 15 minutes.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,marinated fillet & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Flip the fillets,cover & cook on low flame from both sides for 5-6 minutes then cut into pieces with the help of knife.
Prepare Tzatziki Sauce:
-In a bowl,add yogurt,cucumber,lemon juice,black pepper powder,pink salt,garlic,fresh coriander & mix well.Tzatziki sauce is ready!
Assembling:
-On a pita bread,add & spread tzatziki sauce,salad leaves,tzatziki sauce,tomato,cucumber,onion,chicken pieces,fold & wrap in alumininum foil (makes 3).

-Bowl mein zeera powder,kali mirch crushed,dried oregano,paprika powder,dhania powder,pink salt, adrak lehsan paste,,dahi,lemon juice aur cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chicken fillets dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 15 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur marinated chicken dal dein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Fillets ko flip ker lein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 5-6 minutes kliya dono sides sa paka lein phir knife ki madad sa pieces mein cut ker lein.
Prepare Tzatziki Sauce:
-Bowl mein dahi,kheera,lemon juice,kali mirch powder,pink salt,lehsan aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.Tzatziki sauce tayyar hai.
Assembling:
-Pita bread per tzatziki sauce dal ker pheeal lein,salad patta,tzatziki sauce,tamatar,kheera,pyaz aur chicken pieces dal ker fold karein & aluminium foil mein warp ker lein (makes 3).
