Ingredients:
Prepare Grilled Chicken:
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Paprika powder ½ tbs
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
-Boneless chicken fillet 350g
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Water 2-3 tbs
Prepare Ranch Dressing:
-Cream 1/3 Cup
-Lemon juice 2-3 tbs
-Mayonnaise low fat 1/3 Cup
-Onion powder ½ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Doodh (Milk) 3-4 tbs
-Soya (Dill) chopped 1 tbs
-Fresh parsley chopped 1 tbs Substitute: Herb of your choice
-Penne pasta boiled 200g
-Kheera (Cucumber) 1 medium
-Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded 1 large
-Iceberg shredded 1 & ½ Cup
Directions:
Prepare Grilled Chicken:
-In a bowl,add pink salt,paprika powder,garlic powder,black pepper powder,lemon juice & mix well.
-Add chicken fillet,mix & coat well.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,seasoned chicken fillets & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Flip,add water,cover & cook on low flame until chicken is tender (5-6 minutes).
-Let it cool then cut into cubes & set aside.
Prepare Ranch Dressing:
-In a bowl,add cream,lemon juice & whisk well,cover & let it rest for 5 minutes.Sour cream is ready!
-Add mayonnaise,onion powder,black pepper powder,garlic powder,pink salt,milk,dill,fresh parsley & mix until well combined.
-In a bowl,add penne pasta,grilled chicken,cucumber,tomato,iceberg & toss well.
-Add prepared ranch dressing,toss well & serve!

-Bowl mein cream aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan whoisk ker lein aur dhak ker 5 minute kliya chor dein.Sour cream tayyar hai.
-Mayonnaise,onion powder,kali mirch powder,lehsan powder,pink salt,doodh,soya aur fresh parsley dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Bowl mein penne pasta,grilled chicken,kheera,tamatar aur iceberg dal ker ache tarhan toss ker lein.
-Tayyar ranch dressing dal ker ache tarhan toss ker lein & serve karein!
