Ingredients:
-Lemon large 3-4
-Cream 400ml (room temperature)
-Sugar 1/3 Cup or to taste
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
-Lemon juice 2-3 tbs
-Yellow food color 1-2 drops
-Lemon slice
-Mint leaf
Directions:
-Cut large lemons in half longwise,remove its pulp to create a clean vessel for a posset & squeeze out its juice & set aside.
-In a saucepan,add cream,sugar,vanilla essence & whisk well.
-Turn on the flame & cook on low flame while stirring until it comes to simmer (10-12 minutes).
-Turn off the flame,add lemon juice & whisk well.
-Add yellow food color & whisk well.
-Let it cool.
-Pour the posset into the cleaned rinds,tap few times & let it set for 4-6 hours in refrigerator.
-Garnish with lemon slice,mint leaf & serve chilled!

-Saucepan mein cream,cheeni aur vanilla essence dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Chulha on karein aur halki ancch per simmer per ajanay tak paka lein aur musalsal chamcha chalatay rahein (10-12 minutes).
-Chulha bund ker dein aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Yellow food color dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Cleaned rinds mein tayyar posset dal ker few times tap karein aur 4 hours or overnight kliya refrigerate ker lein.
-Lemon slice aur podina sa garnish ker ka thanda serve karein!
