Ingredients:
Prepare Lotus Cream Filling:
-Olper’s cream chilled 400ml
-Ice cubes
-Icing sugar ¼ Cup
-Instant coffee 2 tsp
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Lotus spread 1/3 Cup
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:
-Milk chocolate chopped 150g
-Olper’s cream 3 tbs (room temperature)
Assembling:
-Lotus biscuits 600-700g
-Lotus biscuits crumbled
-Lotus spread melted
-Lotus biscuits
Directions:
Prepare Lotus Cream Mixture:
-In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place another bowl over it,add cream bowl & beat well (2-3 minutes).
-Add icing sugar & beat until stiff peaks form.
-Add instant coffee (sift with the help of sifter),add vanilla essence,lotus spread & beat until well combined & transfer to a piping bag.
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:
-In a bowl,add milk chocolate,cream & microwave for 1 minute then mix well & transfer to a piping bag.
Assembling:
-In (8 x 8 inch) serving dish,add & spread prepared lotus cream filling,lotus biscuits,lotus cream filling,chocolate ganache,lotus biscuits,lotus cream filling,chocolate ganache,lotus biscuits,lotus cream filling,spread evenly & refrigerate for 6 hours.
-Decorate with crumbled lotus biscuits,chocolate ganache,lotus spread & lotus biscuits.
-Cut into slices & serve!

Prepare Chocolate Ganache:
-Bowl mein milk chocolate aur cream dal dein aur 1 minute kliya microwave ker lein phir ache tarhan mix karein aur piping bag mein transfer ker lein.
Assembling:
-Serving dish (8 x 8 inch) mein tayyar lotus cream filling,lotus biscuits,lotus cream filling,chocolate ganache,lotus biscuits,lotus cream filling,chocolate ganache,lotus biscuits aur lotus cream filling dal ker evenly pheela lein & 6 hours kliya refrigerate ker lein.
-Crumbled lotus biscuits,chocolate ganache,lotus spread & lotus biscuits sa decorate ker lein.
-Slices mein cut ker ka serve karein!
