Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken cubes 250g
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Italian seasoning ½ tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Olive oil 1 tsp
Prepare Homemade Pesto:
- Badam (Almonds) chopped 2 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) 2-3 cloves
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) leaves ½ Cup
- Fresh basil leaves ¼ Cup
- Namak (Salt) 1-2 pinch
- Lemon juice ½ tbs
- Olive oil 1 tbs
- Water 2 tbs or as required
- Instant oats 2-3 tbs
- Makhan (Butter) 1-2 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
- Yakhni (Chicken stock) low sodium 1 Cup or as required
- Doodh (Milk) low fat 1 Cup
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Dried basil leaves 1 tsp
- Prepared homemade pesto 3 tbs
- Whole wheat pasta 150g (boiled as per pack’s instruction)
- Parmesan cheese 2 tbs
- Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil leaves chopped
Directions:
In a bowl,add chicken boneless cubes,ginger garlic paste,salt,Italian seasoning,black pepper powder & mix well,cover & marinate for 15 minutes.
In a wok,add olive oil,marinated chicken & mix well until it changes color and cook until done (6-8 minutes) & set aside.
Prepare Homemade Pesto:
In spice mixer,add almonds and blend well.
Add garlic,fresh coriander,fresh basil leaves,salt,lemon juice,olive oil,water and blend well to make a paste.Homemade Pesto is ready!
In a spice mixer,add instant oats & blend to make fine powder & set aside.
In the same wok,add butter & let it melt.
Add garlic & mix well.
Add ground oats & mix well.
Add chicken stock,whisk continuously & bring it to boil.
Now add milk and whisk well.
Add black pepper crushed,salt and dried basil,whisk well and cook until sauce thickens.
Add 3 tbs of prepared pesto,mix well & cook on medium low flame for 2 minutes.
Add boiled whole wheat pasta & mix well.
Add cooked chicken & mix well.
Turn off the flame,add parmesan cheese & mix well.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese,fresh basil leaves & serve with homemade pesto!

Spice mixer mein instant oats dal dein aur blend ker ka powder tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Us he karahi mein makhan dal ker melt karein.
Lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Ground oats dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Yakhni dal ker musalsal mix kertay rahein aur ubal anay dein.
Ab doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Kali mirch crushed,namak aur dried basil leaves dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein aur sauce garha hojanay tak paka lein.
3 tbs tayyar pesto dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani halki ancch per 2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Boiled whole wheat pasta dal ker mix karein.
Cooked chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Chulha bund ker dein aur parmesan cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Parmesan cheese aur fresh basil leaves sprinkle karein aur homemade pesto ka saath serve karein!
