Ingredients:
- Doodh (Milk) 2 Cups
- Lemon juice 3-4 tbs
- Hot sauce ½ Cup
- Cayenne powder 2 tbs
- Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste
- Adrak powder (Ginger powder) 1 tbs
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tbs
- Anday (Eggs) 2
- Chicken 1 & ½ kg (8 large pieces)
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ Cup
- Chicken powder 2 tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Cooking oil for frying
Hot Chilli Oil:
- Cayenne pepper 1 tbs
- Paprika powder 1 tbs
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 2 tbs or to taste
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 2 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Brown sugar 1 tbs
- Cooking oil hot ½ Cup (substitute: melted butter hot ½ Cup)
Directions:
In a bowl,add milk,lemon juice,mix well and let it rest for 10 minutes.Butter milk is ready!
Add hot sauce,cayenne powder,salt,ginger powder,garlic powder,eggs and whisk well.
Add chicken pieces,cover and marinate for 6 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
Take out chicken pieces from marination,place on grill or tray & reserve marinate for later use.
In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,chicken powder,salt and mix well.
Now coat marinated chicken pieces in dry flour mixture then again dip in reserved marinade and coat in dry flour mixture and let it rest for 10 minutes.
In a wok,heat cooking oil (175 C) and fry chicken pieces until golden & crispy (maintain oil temperature at 175 C).
Prepare Hot Chilli Oil:
In a bowl,add cayenne powder,paprika powder,red chilli powder,garlic powder,salt,brown sugar and hot cooking oil and mix well.
After frying,apply prepared hot chilli oil on all sides of fried chicken with the help of the brush.
On bread slices,place fried chicken piece,jalapenos slice,sprinkle green onion leaves & serve!

Chicken pieces dal dein aur dhak ker o6 hours or overnight kliya refrigerator mein marinate ker lein.
Chicken pieces ko marination sa bahir nikal ker grill or tray per rakh dein & marinate ko bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein maida,chicken powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Ab marinated chicken pieces ko dry flour mixture mein coat karein phir reserved marinade mein dip karein aur dubara dry flour mixture mein coat ker lein aur 10 minutes kliya chor dein.
Karhai mein cooking oil (175 C) garam karein aur chicken pieces ko golden & crispy hunay tak fry ker lein (maintain oil temperature at 175 C).
Prepare Hot Chilli Oil:
Bowl mein cayenne powder,paprika powder,lal mirch powder,lehsan powder,namak,brown sugar aur hot cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur chicken pieces ko halki ancch per golden & crispy hunay tak fry ker lein.
Frying ka bad tayyar hot chilli oil ko fried chicken per brush ki madad sa laga lein.
Bread slices per fried chicken pieces aur jalapenos slices rakh dein aur hara pyaz leaves dal ker serve karein!
