Ingredients:
Potato Fries:
- Aloo (Potatoes) peeled 3-4
- Pani (Water) as required
- Pani (Water) as required
- Namak (Salt) 1 tbs
- Cooking oil for frying
Zalim Loaded Fries:
Beef Sauce:
- Oil 2 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 small
- Beef qeema (Beef mince) 250 gms
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1 tsp
- Rosemary 1 tsp
- Cheeni (Sugar) 1 tbs
- Tomato puree ½ Cup
- Pani (Water) ¼ Cup or as required
- Hot sauce 1 tbs
Assembling:
- Potato fries
- Prepared red sauce
- Cheddar cheese grated
- Mozzarella cheese grated
- Pyaz (Onion) slices
- Jalapenos chopped
- Black olives chopped
- Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed
- Dried oregano
Directions:
For Potato Fries:
Cut potatoes with the help of the french fries cutting machine (1.3 cm thick).
In bowl,add water,potato fries and let it rest for 30-45 minutes.
In pot,add water,salt and heat it to boiling point.
Add potato fries and leave for 6-8 minutes.
Now pat dry potato fries with the help of the kitchen towel or paper & let them cool.
Can be freeze in zip lock bag for up to 1-2 weeks.
In pot,add cooking oil and fry potato fries for 2-3 minutes and rest it for 5 minutes.
Heat cooking oil and again fry potato fries until crispy & set aside.
Zalim Loaded Fries:
For Beef Sauce:
In saucepan,add oil,onion and sauté until translucent.
Add beef mince and mix well until changes color.
Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Add black pepper crushed,salt,red chili crushed,rosemary,sugar and mix well for 2-3 minutes.
Add tomato puree and mix well.
Add water,mix well and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
Add hot sauce,mix well and simmer for 2-3 minutes & set aside.
Assembling:
In serving platter,add potato fries,prepared beef sauce,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,onion, jalapenos,black olives,red chili crushed,dried oregano & serve!

Bowl mein pani aur potato fries dal dein aur 30-45 minutes kliya chor dein.
Pot mein pani aur namak dal ker boiling point anay tak garam ker lein.
Potato fries dal dein aur 6-8 minutes kliya chor dein.
An potato fries ko kitchen towel or paper ki madad sa complete pat dry karein & thanda ker lein.
Zip lock bag mein dal ker 1-2 weeks tak freeze ker saktay han.
Pot mein cooking oil dal dein aur potato fries ko 2-3 minutes kliya fry ker lein phir bahir nikal ker 5 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Cooking oil garam karein aur potatao fries ko crispy hunay tak fry ker lein aur side per rakh dein.
Zalim Loaded Fries:
For Beef Sauce:
Saucepan mein oil aur pyaz dal dein aur translucent hunay tak sauté ker lein.
Beef qeema dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix karein.
Adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Kali mirch crushed,namak,lal mirch crushed,rosemary aur cheeni dal dein aur 2-3 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Tomato puree dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Pani dal ker mix karein aur halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein.
Hot sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya simmer ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
Serving platter mein potato fries,tayyar beef sauce,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,pyaz,jalapenos, black olives,lal mirch crushed aur dried oregano dal ker serve karein!
