In frying pan,add sesame seeds and roast until fragrant.
In mortal & pestle,add roasted sesame seeds and crush coarsely.
In bowl,add coarsely grounded sesame seeds,sumac powder,dried thyme,dried oregano,salt,black pepper powder and mix well.
Add olive oil,mix well & set aside.
In small jug,add lukewarm water,instant yeast,sugar and mix well,cover and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
In bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt,olive oil and mix well.
Add yeast mixture,mix well and knead until dough is formed.
Grease dough with olive oil,cover and let it rest for 1 hour (warm place).
Sprinkle flour,knead dough again and divide into 4 equal parts.
Take one part,make a ball and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
Place rolled dough on greased baking tray and prick with fork.
Add & spread prepared sesame seeds mixture (makes 4).
Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 6-8 minutes.
Cut into slices & serve!

Bowl mein maida,namak aur olive oil dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Khameer mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
Dough ko olive oil sa grease ker lein aur dhak ker 1 hour kliya garam jagha per rakh dein.
Maida chirak dein aur dough ko dubara ghond lein aur 4 hisson mein divide ker lein.
Ek part lein aur ball bana lein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
Greased baking tray per rolled dough rakh dein aur fork ki madad sa prick ker lein.
Tayyar til ka mixture dal ker pheela lein (makes 4).
Preheated oven mein 180 C per 6-8 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
Slices mein cut ker ka serve karein.
