In bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt,carom seeds and mix well.
Add ghee and mix well until crumbled.
Gradually add water and knead until hard dough is formed,cover with a wet cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.
In bowl,add potatoes,achar gosht masala,lemon juice,fresh coriander,mash well & set aside.
Slit green chilies with the help of the knife and deseed them.
Stuffed green chilies with achari potato filling & set aside.
Divide the dough into two equal parts.
Take one part,make a ball and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
Cut into long strips with the help of the roller cutter.
Now take strip,apply water and twist around the green chili (makes 6-8) & freeze for 15 minutes.
Option no.1: Deep frying
In wok,heat cooking oil and fry on low flame until golden brown.
Option no.2: Baking
Grease baking tray with oil,place wrapped green chilies and applying egg wash.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 20 minutes.
Bowl mein maida,namak aur ajwain dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.

Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker hard dough tayyar ker lein aur geelay kapray sa dhak ker 15 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Bowl mein aloo,achar gosht masala,lemon juice aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mash ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Knife ki madad sa hari mirchon ko slit karein aur beej nikal lein.
Hari mirchon mein tayyar achari aloo filling bhar dein & side per rakh dein.
Dough ko do hisson mein divide ker lein.
Ek part lein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
Roller cutter ki madad sa long strips mein cut ker lein.
Strip lein aur pani laga ker green chili per twist ker ka lapeet lein (makes 6-8) aur 15 minutes kliya freeze ker lein.
Option no.1: Deep frying
Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur halki ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
Option no.2: Baking
Baking tray ko oil sa grease karein aur wrapped green chilies rakh ker anda laga lein.
Preheated oven main 180 C per 20 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
