In a wok,add clarified butter & let it melt.

Add sugar,nutmeg powder,cardamom powder,cocoa powder,mix well & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
Add almonds,pistachios,mix well & cook until ghee separates (6-8 minutes).
Garnish with almonds,pistachios & serve!

Cheeni,jaifil powder,elaichi powder aur cocoa powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein.
Badam aur pista dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ghee alag ho janay tak paka lein (6-8 minutes).
