Ingredients:
Prepare Creamy Chicken:
- Sirka (Vinegar) 3 tbs
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 1 tbs
- Cream 3 tbs
- Chicken powder 1 tbs
- Chicken fillets ½ kg
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
Prepare Béchamel Sauce:
- Makhan (Butter) 3 tbs
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
- Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
- Chicken powder 1 tbs
- Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
- Dried oregano 1 tsp
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
Pizza Dough:
- Khameer (Instant yeast) 1 & ½ tsp
- Sugar 1 tbs
- Neem garam pani (Lukewarm water) ½ Cup
- Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups
- Namak (Salt) 3/4 tsp
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Water 1/4 Cup or as required
- Cooking oil 1 tsp
Assembling:
- BBQ sauce 2 tbs
- Cheddar cheese grated as required
- Prepared béchamel sauce
- Prepared creamy chicken cubes
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes
- Pyaz (Onion) cubes
- Mozzarella cheese grated as required
- Olives sliced
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
- Dried oregano
Directions:
Prepare Creamy Chicken:
In a bowl add,vinegar,cumin powder,black pepper powder,white pepper powder,coriander powder, salt,garlic powder,green chilli paste,cream,chicken powder and mix well.
Add chicken fillets and mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
In frying pan,add cooking oil and fry marinated fillets on low flame until done (8-10 minutes each side) then cut chicken fillets into chunks/cubes & set aside.
Prepare Béchamel Sauce:
In a saucepan,add butter & let it melt.
Add all-purpose flour and mix well for a minute.
Add milk and whisk well.
Add chicken powder and mix well.
Add white pepper powder,garlic powder,dried oregano,red chilli crushed and salt,whisk well & cook until sauce thickens (if required add 1-2 tbs of milk to get desire consistency).
Prepare Dough:
In small jug,add instant yeast,sugar,lukewarm water and mix,cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
In bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt and mix.
Add cooking oil,dissolve yeast mixture and mix well.
Gradually add water and knead until dough is formed.
Grease dough with oil,cover and let it rest for 30 minutes or until double in size (warm place).
On dough,dust flour and knead dough again until smooth & divide into two equal parts (350g each).
Grease 12” inch pizza pan with cooking oil,add & spread pizza dough with the help of the hand and prick with fork.
Bake in preheat oven at 180 C for 10 minutes.
Takeout pizza base from oven and let it cool.
Half-baked pizza base can be stored in freezer for up to 1 month.
Assembling:
On half-baked pizza base,add & spread bbq sauce,cheddar cheese,prepared béchamel sauce, prepared creamy chicken cubes,capsicum,onion,mozarella cheese,olives,red chilli crushed & dried oregano.
Bake in preheat oven at 180 C for 12 minutes or until cheese melts.
Baking without Oven:
Grease 12” inch pizza pan with cooking oil,add & spread pizza dough with the help of the hand and prick with fork.
Add & spread bbq sauce,cheddar cheese,prepared béchamel sauce,prepared creamy chicken cubes, capsicum,onion,mozarella cheese,olives,red chilli crushed & dried oregano.
In pot,add 1 pack of salt,place wire rack (min 2“high) and preheat for 10-15 minutes.
Place prepared pizza,cover and bake in pot on low flame for 18-20 minutes.

Chicken fillets dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
Frying pan mein cooking oil aur marinated fillets dal dein aur halki ancch per pak janay tak fry ker lein (8-10 minutes each side) phir chicken fillets ko chunks/cubes mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Béchamel Sauce:
Saucepan mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
Maida dal ker ek minute kliya ache tarhan mix karein.
Doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Chicken powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Safed mirch powder,lehsan powder,dried oregano,lal mirch crushed aur namak dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein aur sauce garha ho janay tak paka lein (if required add 1-2 tbs of milk to get desire consistency).
Prepare Dough:
Chotay jug mein khameer,cheeni aur neem garam pani dal ker mix karein aur dhak ker 10 minutes kliya rakh dein.
-Bowl mein maida aur namak dal ker mix karein.
Cooking oil aur dissolve khameer ka mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein
Dough ko oil sa grease ker lein aur dhak ker 30 minutes ya size double hunay tak garam jagha per rakh dein.
Dough per maida chirak dein aur smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein aur do equal pasts mein divide ker lein (350g).
12” inch pizza pan ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur pizza dough dal ker haathon ki madad sa pheela lein aur fork sa prick ker lein.
Preheated oven mein 180 C per 10 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
Pizza base ko oven sa nikal lein aur thanda ker lein.
Half-baked pizza base ko 1 moth tak freezer mein store ker saktay han.
Assembling:
Half-baked pizza base per bbq sauce dal ker pheela lein,cheddar cheese,prepared béchamel sauce, prepared creamy chicken cubes,shimla mirch,pyaz,mozzarella cheese,olives,lal mirch crushed aur dried oregano dal dein.
