Ingredients:
- Purple cabbage ½ Cup
- Gajar (Carrot) julienne ½ Cup

- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1/4 tsp or to taste

- Chicken filets 250 gms
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
- Paprika powder ½ tsp
- Chicken powder 1 tsp (optional)
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp
- Dried oregano ½ tsp
- Dried thyme ½ tsp
- Mustard paste 1 tbs
- Anday (Eggs) whisked 2
- Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs

- Chicken boiled & shredded 1/4 Cup
- Mayonnaise 2 tbs
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1/4 tsp or to taste
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped ½ tsp
- Kheera (Cucumber) 1
- Tamatar (Tomato) 1
- Mayonnaise 2 tbs
- Mustard paste 1 tbs
- Yellow mustard seeds crushed 1/4 tsp

Directions:
In samll jug,add olive oil,lemon juice,salt,black pepper crushed,honey and whisk well.
Add half quantity in purple cabbage and half quantity in carrots,coat evenly & set aside.
Cut chicken fillets into two pieces and hammer with the help of kitchen hammer.
In bowl,add chicken fillets,salt,garlic powder,paprika powder,chicken powder,black pepper powder,red chilli powder,dried oregano,dried thyme,mustard paste and mix well,cover and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Now dip into beaten eggs and coat in breadcrumbs then again dip in beaten eggs and coat in breadcrumbs.
In frying pan,add cooking oil and fry chicken from both sides until golden brown then cut into pieces & set aside.
In bowl,add grate boiled eggs,chicken,mayonnaise,black pepper crushed,salt,fresh coriander,mix well & set aside.
Slice cucumber with the help of the peeler & set aside.
Cut tomato into slices & set aside.
In bowl,add mayonnaise,mustard paste,yellow mustard seeds,mix well & set aside.
Assembling 1:
On cling film,place bread slices and apply mayo mustard spread,ice berg,cheese slice,carrots mixture, fried chicken pieces,Bbq sauce,cucumber slices,purple cabbage mixture,tomato slices,fried egg and top with another slice,wrap in cling film then cut into two pieces & serve!
Assembling 2:
On cling film,place bread slices,spread cream cheese,ice berg,tomato slices,cucumber,egg & chicken mixture,purple cabbage mixture,boiled egg,carrot mixture and top with another slice,wrap in cling film then cut into two pieces & serve!

Purple cabbage aur gajar mein half quantity dal ker evenly coat ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Chicken fillets ko knife ki madad sa do pieces mein cut ker lein aur kitchen hammer ki madad sa hammer ker lein.
Bowl mein chicken filltes,namak,lehsan powder,paprika powder,chicken powder,kali mirch powder,lal mirch powder,dried oregano,dried thyme aur mustard paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur dhak ker 15-20 minute kliya marinate ker lein.
Ab pheetay hoye anday mein dip karein aur breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein phir dubara pheetay hoye anday mein dip karein aur breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein.
Frying pan mein cooking oil dal dein aur chiclen ko dono sides sa golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein phir pieces mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein anday grate ker ka dal dein,chicken,mayonnaise,kali mirch crushed,namak aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rah dein.
Kheeray ko peeler li madad sa slice ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Tamatar ka slices ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein mayonnaise,mustard paste aur yellow mustard seeds dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.

Cling film per bread slices rakh dein aur mayo mustard spread laga lein,ice berg,cheese slice,gajar ka mixture,fried chicken pieces,bbq sauce,kheera slices,purple cabbage mixture,tamatar slices,fried anda rakh ker upper sa dosra slice rakh dein aur cling film mein warp ker ka do hisson mein cut ker lein & serve karein!
