In chopper,add walnuts and coarsely chop them & set aside.
In pot,add ghee and let it melt,add chopped walnuts,mix well and cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes.
Add khoa,mix well and cook for 5-6 minutes.
Add milk and mix well.
Add sugar and cardamom powder,mix well and cook until sugar is dissolved.
Cover and cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes until oil separates then mix well until it leaves the sides of the pot.
Garnish with walnuts & serve.
Chopper mein akhrot dal dein aur coarsely chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Pot mein ghee dal ker melt karein aur chopped akhrot dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 10-12 minutes kliya paka lein.
Khoa dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 5-6 minutes kliya paka lein.
Doodh shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Cheeni aur elaichi powde dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur cheeni ghul janay tak paka lein.
Dhak dein aur halki ancch per 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein yahan tak ka oil alag ho jaye phir pot ki sides chornay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Akhrot sa garnish ker ka serve karein.
