Coarsely chop walnuts with the help of the knife.
In frying pan,add walnuts dry roast until fragrant.
Add cinnamon powder,nutmeg powder and mix well.
Turn off the flame,add honey,mix well & set aside.
In bowl,add butter,caster sugar and whisk well.
Add eggs,vanilla essence and whisk until well combined.
Add semolina,gradually add all-purpose flour,salt and mix until well combined.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Knead dough again and divide into 3/4th & 1/4th Part.
In loaf pan,place butter paper,take 3/4th part,spread evenly and make a cavity.
Prick with fork,add walnut mixture and place 1/4th remaining part dough and spread evenly to cover the filling properly then prick with fork.
Bake in preheated oven at 170 C for 30-35 minutes.
Let it cool down.
Cut into slices & serve!

Dough ko dubara ghond lein aur 3/4th & 1/4th part mein divide ker lein.
Loaf pan mein butter paper laga lein aur 3/4th part dal ker pheela lein aur cavity bana lein.
Fork sa prick karein aur walnut mixture dal dein aur 1/4th part remaining dough dal ker pheela lein aur filling ko properly cover ker lein aur fork sa prick ker lein.
Preheated oven main 170 C per 35-45 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
Thanda ker lein.
