Roughly chop walnuts & cooking milk chocolate into chunks & set aside.
In saucepan,add butter and let it melt.
Add 100g cooking milk chocolate (reserved 100g for later use),cocoa powder,mix well and cook on low flame until chocolate melts & set aside.
In spice mixer,add sugar,brown sugar and grind coarsely.
In bowl,add ground sugar,eggs,vanilla essence and whisk well.
Add prepared chocolate mixture and mix well.
Add salt,baking powder and whisk again.
Add all-purpose flour and mix well.
Add chopped walnuts and give it a good mix.
Grease 7 x 9 “oven safe baking dish with cooking oil and place butter paper.
Pour brownie batter in prepared baking dish and add reserved cooking chocolate chunks (100g) & walnuts.
Bake in preheated oven at 175 C for 20-25 minutes.
After baking,let it cool and cut into pieces & serve!

Namak aur baking powder dal ker dubara whisk ker lein.
Maida dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Chopped akhrot dal ker mix karein.
7 x 9 “oven safe baking dish ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur butter paper laga lein.
Tayyar brownie batter ko tayyar baking dish mein dal dein aur reserved cooking chocolate chunks (100g) aur akhrot dal dein.
Preheated oven mein 170 C per 20-25 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
