Ingredients:
- Lehsan (Garlic) 6-7 cloves
- Adrak (Ginger) 1 inch piece
- Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 5-6
- Water 2 tbs
- Lemon juice 1 tbs
- Makhan (Butter) 2-3 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tbs
- Tamatar (Tomato) chopped 1 medium
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes ½ Cup
- Matar (Peas) boiled 1/4 Cup
- Garam masala powder ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
- Biryani masala 1 tbs
- Water 2-3 tbs or as required
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
- Chawal (Rice) boiled 1 Cup or Leftover rice can be used
Directions:
In spice mixer,add garlic,ginger,button red chillies,water,lemon juice,blend well & set aside.
On griddle,add butter and let it melt.
Add onion and saute until translucent.
Add cumin seeds and mix well.
Add tomato,mix & mash well.
Add capsicum,peas,garam masala powder,salt,coriander powder,turmeric powder,biryani masala,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Now add ground paste and mix well.
Add water and mix well.
Add fresh coriander and mix well.
Add boiled rice,mix well & serve!

Spice mixer mein lehsan,adark,sabut lal mirch,pani aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Tawa per makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
Pyaz dal ker translucent hunay tak saute ker lein.
Zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Tamatar dal dein aur ache tarhan mix aur mash ker lein.
Shimla mirch,matar,garam masala powder,namak,dhania powder,haldee powder aur biryani masala dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Ab ground paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pani shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Boiled chawal shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker ka serve ker lein!
