Ingredients:
- Tomato ketchup 1/3 Cup
- Hot sauce 3 tbs
- Sirka (Vinegar) 2 tbs
- Soy sauce 3 tbs
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tbs
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tbs
- Chicken powder 1 & ½ tbs
- Paprika powder ½ tbs
Vegetable Fried Rice:
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
- Adrak (Ginger) chopped ½ tbs
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) crushed 1 tbs
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) white part chopped ¼ Cup
- Gajar (Carrots) chopped ¼ Cup
- Matar (Peas) ¼ Cup
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ¼ Cup
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped 2 tbs
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Chawal (Rice) boiled 200g
Stir-fried Vegetables:
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
- Adrak (Ginger) chopped ½ tbs
- Phool gobhi (Cauliflower) florets 1 Cup
- Mushrooms 1 Cup
- Pyaz (Onion) cubes 1 Cup
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) cubes & deseeded 1 Cup
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes 1 Cup
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
Shashlik Sauce:
- Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tbs
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped ¼ Cup
- Water 1 & ½ Cup or as required
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Cornflour 1 & ½ tbs or as required
- Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
- Band gobhi (Cabbage) leaves
Directions:
In a bowl,add tomato ketchup,hot sauce,vinegar,soy sauce,red chilli crushed,black pepper powder, chicken powder,paprika powder,mix well & set aside.
Vegetable Fried Rice:
In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic,ginger,green chilli & sauté for 30 seconds.
Add green onion white part & fry for 1 minute.
Add carrots,peas & cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add capsicum and mix well.
Add prepared sauce mix (2-3 tbs),green onion leaves,salt & mix well.
Add boiled rice,mix well & set aside.
Stir-fried Vegetables:
In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic,ginger & sauté for 1 minute.
Add cauliflower,mushrooms,mix well & cook for 4-5 minutes.
Add onions,tomatoes,capsicum,sugar,salt and mix well for 1-2 minutes.
Add prepared sauce mix (2-3 tbs) and stir fry on high flame for 1-2 minutes & set aside.
Shashlik Sauce:
In a saucepan,add cooking oil,garlic,green chilli & mix well.
Add onion,mix well & sauté until translucent.
Add remaining prepared sauce mix & mix well.
In water,add salt,cornflour and whisk well.
Now add dissolved cornflour and whisk well,bring it to boil and cook until sauce is thick and keep whisking in between.Shashlik sauce is ready!
Assembling:
Heat cast iron sizzler plate directly on stove.
Add & spread butter,place cabbage leaves,fried rice,potato fries,stir-fried vegetable,shashlik sauce & serve!

Karahi mein cooking oil,lehsan,adrak aur hari mirch dal ker 30 seconds kliya sauté ker lein.
Hara pyaz white part dal ker 1 minute kliya fry ker lein.
Gajar aur matar dal ker 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Shimla mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Tayyar sauce mix (2-3 tbs),hara pyaz leaves aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Boiled chawal shamil karein aur ache tarhan ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Stir-fried Vegetables:
Karahi mein cooking oil,lehsan aur adrak dal ker 1 minute kliya sauté karein.
Phool gobhi aur mushroom dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
Pyaz,tamatar,shimla mirch,cheeni aur namak dal ker 1-2 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Tayyar sauce mix (2-3 tbs) dal ker 1-2 minutes kliya tez ancch per stir fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Shashlik Sauce:
Saucepan mein cooking oil,lehsan aur hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur translucent hunay tak saute ker lein.
Baqi bacha huwa sauce mix dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pani mein namak aur cornflour dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein.
Ab dissolve cornflour dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein aur ubal anay ka bad sauce garha ho janay tak paka lein aur bech bech mein whisk kertay rahein.Shashlik sauce tayyar hai.
Assembling:
Cast iron pan ko chulhay per garam ker lein.
Makhan dal ker pheela lein,band gobhi leaves rakh ker upper sa fried rice,potato fried,stir-fried vegetables aur tayyar shashlik sauce dal ker serve karein!
