Ingredients:
- Gandum (Wheat) 1 cup (soaked overnight)
- Jau (Barley) ½ cup (soaked overnight)
- Chana daal (Split Bengal gram) ¼ cup (soaked for 2 hours)
- Mash daal (White lentil) ¼ cup (soaked for 2 hours)
- Moong daal (Yellow lentil) ¼ (cup soaked for 2 hours)
- Masoor daal (Red lentil) ¼ (cup soaked for 2 hours)
- Taiz patta (Bay leaves) 2
- Water 2 & ½ - 3 liters
- Ghee ¾ Cup
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium
- Phaliyan (French beans) chopped ½ cup
- Gajar (Carrots) grated ¼ cup
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Hari mirch paste (Green chilli paste) 1 tbs
- Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ¼ cup
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tbs or to taste
- Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
- Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ½ tsp
- Javitri powder (Mace powder) ½ tsp
- Kaju (Cashew nut) powder 2-3 tbs
- Water 1 & ½ cup
- Stock cubes 2 (optional)
- Tatri (Citric acid) 1 pinch
- Water 2 cups or as required
- Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste
- Pyaz (Onion) fried
- Adrak (Ginger) julienne
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced
- Hara Dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
- Chaat masala
- Lemon wedges
Directions:
In a pot add wheat,barley,yellow chick pea lentil,white lentil,split bengal gram,red lentil, bay leaves, water,mix well & bring it to boil.
Remove scum, cover & cook on low flame until tender (2-3 hours)
Remove bay leaves & mash well with the help of wooden masher.
In a wok add ghee & let it melt.
Add onion & fry till golden.
Add French beans, grated carrots, ginger garlic paste & mix well.
Add green chilli paste, yogurt & mix well.
Add red chilli powder, salt, cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, nutmeg powder, mace powder, cashew nut powder, mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add water, mix well & bring it to boil. Cover & cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes.
Add prepared masala curry in cooked lentils mixture, mix well & mash again with the help of wooden masher.
Add stock cubes & mix well.
Add citric acid & mix well.
Add water & mix well.
Add adjustable salt & mix well.
Dish out daleem & sprinkle fried onion, ginger, green chillies, fresh coriander, chaat masala,add lemon wedges & serve.

Directions:
Pot may gandum, jau, chanay ki daal, mash daal, moong daal, masoor daal, tez patta, pani daal kar ubaal len.
Scum hata kar slow anch par itna pakayen k gal jaye (2-3 hours).
Tez patta nikal kar wooden masher ki madad se achi tarah mash karden.
Aik karahi may ghee daal kar pighla len.
Pyaz daal kar golden fry karlen.
Phaliyan, grated gajar, adrak lehsan paste daal kar achi tarah milayen.
Hari mirch paste or dahi daal kar milayen.
Lal mirch powder, namak, zeera powder, haldi powder, garam masala powder, jaifil powder, javitri powder, kajoo powder daal kar achi tarah milayen or 2-3 minutes tak pakayen.
Pani daal kar milayen or ubaal anay den. Ab dhak kar slow anch par 10-15 minutes tak pakayen.
Tayar masala curry ko paktay huye daal k mixture may daal kar achi tarah milayen or wooden masher ki madad se achi tarah mash karlen.
Stock cubes daal kar achi tarah milayen.
Tatri daal kar achi tarah milayen.
Pani daal kar milayen.
Namak daal kar mix karlen.
Tayar daleem ko dish may nikal kar fried onion, adrak, hari mirch, hara dhania, chaat masala daal kar upar se lemon wedges rakh kar serve karen.
