Ingredients:
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tbs
- Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tbs
- Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced 2
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium
- Gajar (Carrots) julienne ½ Cup
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1 medium
- Band gobhi (Cabbage) 1 Cup
- Sugar ½ tbs
- Spaghetti 250g (boiled as per pack’s instructions)
- Safed micrh powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Chicken powder 1 tbs
- Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs
- Hot sauce 1 & ½ tbs
- Sirka (Vinegar) 1 & ½ tbs
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped 1-2 tbs
Directions:
In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic,ginger and green chillies,mix well and cook for a minute.
Add onion and sauté until translucent.
Add carrots,capsicum,cabbage and sugar,mix well and stir fry for a minute.
Add boiled spaghetti,white pepper powder,black pepper crushed,salt,chicken powder,soy sauce,hot sauce,vinegar and mix until well combined (1-2 minutes).
Add green onion leaves and mix well.
Garnish with green onion leaves & serve!

Directions:
Karahi mein cooking oil,lehsan,adrak aur hari mirchein dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
Pyaz dal ker translucent hunay tak sauté ker lein.
Gajar,shila mirch,band gobhi aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1 minute kliya stir fry karein.
Boiled spaghetti,safed mirch powder,kali mirch crushed,nama,chicen powder,soy sauce,hot sauce aur sirka dal ker 1-2 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Hara pyaz leaves dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Hara pyaz sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
