Ingredients:
-Boneless chicken cubes 200g (boiled with soy sauce & vinegar)
-Lemon juice 1 tsp
-Hot sauce 3 tbs
-Olper’s Cream 3 tbs
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) powder ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1 tbs
-Olper’s Cheddar cheese slices as required
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup
-Anday (Eggs) whisked 2-3
-Breadcrumbs 1 Cup
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
-In a chopper,add chicken,lemon juice,hot sauce,cream,paprika powder,black pepper powder,pink salt,dried oregano,garlic powder & fresh coriander,chop well & set aside.
-On a cheddar cheese slice,add & spread prepared chicken filling (1 tbs) & repeat 1 more layer than cut into fingers (1 inch).
-Now coat with all-purpose flour,dip in whisked eggs & coat with breadcrumbs,again dip in whisked eggs & coat with breadcrumbs (makes 8-10).
-Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 month in freezer.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden brown.

-An maida mein coat ker ka pheetay hoye anday mein dip karein aur breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein phir dubara pheetay hoye anday mein dip karein aur breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein (makes 8-10).
-Airtight container mein dal ker 1 month kliya freezer mein store ker saktay han.
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden brown ho janay tak fry ker lein.
