Ingredients:
- Pani (Water) lukewarm ½ Cup
- Cheeni (Sugar) 2 tsp
- Khameer (Instant yeast) 1 tsp
- Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
- Pani (Water) 1-2 tbs or as required
- Simply sufi breast fillets 3
- Thai red chilies 2-3
- Hari mirch (Green chilies) 3 large
- Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 2-3
- Pyaz (Onion) 2 medium
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) 3 medium
- Tomato paste 3 tbs
- Fresh parsley chopped 2 tbs
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
- Sufi cooking oil ¼ Cup
- Sufi cooking oil 2 tbs
Yogurt Sauce:
- Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 1 Cup
- Dried mint ½ tsp
- Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed ¼ tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
Directions:
In bowl,add lukewarm water,sugar,instant yeast and mix well,cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
In bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt and mix.
Add yeast mixture and mix well.
Gradually add water and knead until dough is formed,cover and let it rest for 1 hour.
Cut chicken fillets into cubes,wash & pat dry.
In chopper,add thai red chilies,green chilies,garlic,onion,tomatoes and chop well.
Add chicken cubes and chop until well combined.
In bowl,add chicken mixture,tomato paste,fresh parsley,fresh coriander,cumin powder,black pepper powder,red chili crushed,salt and sufi cooking oil,mix well & set aside.
Add sufi cooking oil and knead dough again,sprinkle dry flour and knead until smooth and cut into pieces (makes 6).
Take a small dough,sprinkle dry flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
On baking tray,place rolled dough,add chicken mixture and spread evenly.
Bake in preheated oven at 200 C for 8-10 minutes.
For Yogurt Sauce:
In bowl,add yogurt,dried mint,red chili crushed,salt and mix well.
Serve with salad & yogurt sauce.

Directions:
Bowl mein neem garam pani,cheeni aur khameer dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 10 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Bowl mein maida aur namak dal ker mix karein.
Khameer mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein aur dhak ker 1 hour kliya rakh dein.
Chicken fillets ko cubes mein cut karein aur dho ker pat dry ker lein.
Chopper mein thai red chilies,hari mirch,lehsan,pyaz aur tamatar dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.
Chicken cubes dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.
Bowl mein chicken mixture,tomato paste,fresh parsley,hara dhania,zeera,kali mirch powder,lal mirch crushed,namak aur sufi cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Sufi cooking oil dal dein aur dough ko dubara ghond lein,maida chirak dein aur smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein aur pieces mein cut ker lein (makes 6).
Chota dough lein aur maida chirak ker rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
Baking tray mein rolled dough rakh dein aur chicken ka mixture dal ker pheela lein.
Preheated oven mein 200 C per 8-10 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
For Yogurt Sauce:
Bowl mein dahi,dried mint,lal mirch crushed aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Salad & yogurt sauce ka saath serve karein.
