Ingredients:
Prepare Tomato Sauce:
- Cooking oil 1 tbs
- Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
- Tomato paste ½ Cup
- Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Sugar ½ tbs
- Paprika powder 1 tsp
- Chicken powder 1 tsp
- Water ½ Cup or as required
Prepare Kofte (Meatballs):
- Beef qeema (Mince) lean 500g
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
- Anda (Egg) 1
- Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tbs
- Baking soda ½ tsp
- Breadcrumbs 3-4 tbs
- Fresh parsley chopped 1 tbs
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) 3 medium
- Hari mirch (Green chillies) large 3-4
- Naan or Pita bread as required
- Makhan (Butter) ½ tbs
- Makhan (Butter) hot ¼ Cup or as required
Directions:
Prepare Tomato Sauce:
In a saucepan,add cooking oil,butter & let it melt.
Add tomato paste,garlic paste & mix well.
Add salt,sugar,paprika powder,chicken powder,mix well & cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
Add water,mix well & cook on medium flame until oil separates (2-3 minutes) & set aside.
Prepare Kofte (Meatballs):
In a bowl,add beef mince,onion,egg,garlic paste,salt,black pepper powder,baking soda, breadcrumbs,fresh parsley & mix until well combined.
Grease hands with oil,take small quantity of mixture (25g) & make meatballs of equal sizes.
On a griddle,add cooking oil & shallow fry from both sides until golden brown.
On the same griddle,grill tomato & green chillies on medium flame until charred.
Cut naan or pita bread into pieces.
On heated grill pan,add butter & let it melt.
Add naan or pita bread pieces & toss,add prepared tomato sauce,prepared meatballs,grilled vegetables,tomato sauce,melted butter & serve with greek yogurt!

Tomato paste aur lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Namak,cheeni,paprika powder aur chicken powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes) & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Kofte (Meatballs):
Bowl mein beef qeema,pyaz,anda,lehsan paste,namak,kali mirch powder,baking soda, breadcrumbs aur fresh parsley & dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur mixture ki small quantity (25g) la ker ek jaisay sizes ka koftay tayyar ker lein.
Tawa per cooking oil dal dein aur dono sides sa golden-brown ho janay tak shallow fry ker lein.
Us he frying pan mein tamatar aur hari mirchein dal dein aur charred ho janay tak grill ker lein.
Naan or pita bread ko pieces mein cut ker lein.
Heated grill pan mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
Naan or pita bread pieces dal ker toss karein,tayyar tomato sauce,kofte,grilled vegetables,tomato sauce & melted makhan dal dein & greek yogurt ka saath serve karein!
