In saucepan,add potatoes,water,mix and bring it to boil.
Cover and boil for 15-20 minutes or until tender and mash well.

Take tortillas or roti,add potato & chicken filling and spread in triangle shape.
Add cheddar cheese and potato & chicken filling,fold & seal tortillas/roti to make a triangle (makes 6).
On griddle,add cooking oil and fry paratha from both sides until golden brown.

Tawa per cooking oil dal dein aur paratha ko dono sides sa golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
