Ingredients:
Prepare Chocolate Pancakes:
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Doodh (Milk) 4 tbs
-Honey 2 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) melted 1 tbs
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 2 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ Cup
-Cocoa powder 2 tbs
-Baking powder 1 tsp
Prepare Cream Cheese Frosting:
-White chocolate chopped 40g
-Cream cheese 2 tbs
-Whipping cream ½ Cup
-Melted chocolate or Ganache
Directions:
Prepare Chocolate Pancakes:
-In a bowl,add eggs,milk,honey,butter,vanilla essence,caster sugar & whisk well until sugar is dissolved.
-Place a sieve on the bowl,add all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,baking powder,sift together & whisk well.
-Grease non-stick frying pan with cooking oil,pour 2 tbs of prepared batter,cover & cook on low flame until bubbles appear on top (1 minute).
-Place pancake on baking paper,fold the corners of pancakes in a triangle shape & hold it for few seconds to stick together while the pancake is still hot (makes 11-12).
Prepare Cream Cheese Frosting:
-In a bowl,add white chocolate,microwave for a minute & mix well until smooth.
-Add cream cheese,mix well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add whipping cream & beat until soft peaks form.
-Add chocolate & cream cheese mixture,beat until stiff peaks form & transfer to a piping bag.
-Fill the pancake pocket with prepared icing,garnish with melted chocolate or ganache & serve!

-Bowl per sieve rakh dein,maida,cocoa powder aur baking powder dal ker ek saath sift ker lein aur ache whisk ker lein.
-Non-stick frying pan ko cooking oil sa grease karein,2 tbs tayyar batter dal dein aur halki ancch per top per bubbles ajanay tak paka lein (1 minute).
-Pancake ko baking paper per rakh dein aur corners ko fold ker ka triangle shape bana lein aur few seconds kliya hold karein ta ka stick ho jaye (makes 11-12).

-Bowl mein white chocolate dal ker ek minute kliya microwave ker lein.
-Cream cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein whipping cream dal dein aur soft peaks form ho janay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Chocolate & cream cheese mixture dal dein aur stiff peaks form ho janay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein & piping bag mein transfer ker lein.
-Pancake pocket mein tayyar icing bhar dein & melted chocolate or ganache sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
