Ingredients:
Prepare Sauce:
- Sufi cooking oil 1 & ½ tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) crushed ½ tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 & ½ tbs
- Adrak (Ginger) crushed ½ tbs
- Coconut milk 1 Cup
- Peanut butter ¼ Cup
- Soy sauce ½ tbs
- Shahad (Honey) 1 tbs
- Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) 2 tbs
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Simply sufi Drumsticks 1 kg
- Lemon juice 3 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) crushed ½ tbs
- Adrak (Ginger) crushed 2 tbs
- Soy sauce 2 tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
- Dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp
- Shahad (Honey) 1 tbs
- Coconut milk 3 tbs
- Sufi cooking oil 3 tbs
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
Prepare Sauce:
In frying pan,add sufi cooking oil,garlic,onion and mix well.
Add ginger and mix well for 2 minutes.
Turn off the flame,add coconut milk,peanut butter and whisk until well combined.
Add soy sauce,honey,tamarind pulp and whisk well.
Add salt,black pepper powder and mix well.
Turn off the flame,whisk well & cook on low flame for 2 minutes & set aside.
Wash & pat dry chicken drumsticks & prick with fork.
In bowl,add chicken drumsticks & set aside.
In bowl,add lemon juice,garlic,ginger,soy sauce,salt,black pepper crushed,coriander seeds,cumin seeds, honey,coconut milk and whisk well.
In drumsticks,add prepared marination,mix well and marinate for 4 hours in refrigerator.
In frying pan,add sufi cooking oil and marinated drumsticks,cover and cook on low medium flame for 20 minutes or until tender and keep turning sides in between.
On cooked drumsticks,drizzle prepared sauce and sprinkle fresh coriander & serve!

Adrak dal dein aur 2 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Chulha bund ker dein,coconut milk aur peanut butter dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Soy sauce,shahad aur imli pulp dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein.
Namak aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Chulha bund ker dein,ache tarhan whisk karein aur halki ancch per 2 minutes kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.
Chicken drumsticks ko dho ker pat dry karein & fork ki madad sa prick ker lein.
Bowl mein chicken drumsticks dal ker side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein lemon juice,lehsan,adrak,soy sauce,namak,kali mirch crushed,dhania,zeera,shahad aur coconut milk dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Drumsticks mein tayyar marianation dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4 hours kliya refrigerator mein marinate ker lein.
Frying pan mein sufi cooking oil aur marinated drumsticks dal dein aur dhak ker halki darmiyani annch per 20 minutes ya gul janay tak paka lein aur bech bech mein sides tabdeel kertay rahein.
Cooked drumsticks per tayyar sauce aur hara dhania dal ker serve karein.
