Ingredients:
Prepare Dough:
-Hot water ½ Cup
-Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tbs
-Khameer (Instant yeast) 3 tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Cooking oil 3 tbs
-Water ¼ Cup
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
Prepare Thai Peanut Sauce:
-Chilli garlic sauce 4 tbs
-Peanut butter 4 tbs
-Soy sauce 3 tbs
-Honey 1 tsp
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp
-Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tsp
-Dried basil ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
Prepare Chicken:
-Chicken boneless cubes 300g
-Soy sauce ½ tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Dried basil ¼ tsp
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Makai ka atta (Maize flour)
Assembling:
-Mozzarella cheese grated
-Cheddar cheese grated
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced
-Gajar (Carrots) julienne
-Mozzarella cheese grated
-Mong phalli (Peanuts) roasted & chopped
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander)
-Gajar (Carrot) julienne
Directions:
Prepare Dough:
-In a small jug,add hot water,milk,caster sugar,instant yeast & mix well,cover & let it rest for 5 minutes.
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt,cooking oil,yeast mixture & mix well.
-Gradually add water,mix well & knead until dough is formed.
-Grease with cooking oil,cover & let it proof for 1 hour (warm place).
Prepare Thai Peanut Sauce:
-In a blender jug,add chilli garlic sauce,peanut butter,soy sauce,honey,garlic,ginger,dried basil,red chilli crushed,salt,blend well & transfer to a squeeze bottle.
Prepare Chicken:
-In a bowl,add chicken,soy sauce,black pepper powder,salt,dried basil & mix well.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken,mix well & cook until its tender (8-10 minutes).
Assembling:
-Sprinkle maize flour & knead dough again until smooth.
-Divide the dough into 6 equal portions.
-Take one small dough (115g),make a ball,sprinkle maize flour & spread with the help of hands.
-Place them on greased baking tray & prick with fork.
-Add & spread prepared thai peanut sauce,add mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,prepared cooked chicken,capsicum,onion,carrots & mozzarella cheese (makes 6).
-Bake in preheated oven at 190C for 12-15 minutes.
-Drizzle prepared thai peanut sauce,add peanuts,fresh coriander,carrot & serve!

-Chotay jug mein garam pani,doodh,bareek cheeni aur khameer dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 5 minute kliya chor dein.
-Bowl mein maida,namak,cooking oil aur khameer mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Cooking oil sa grease karein aur dhak ker 1 hour proof hunay kliya garam jagha per rakh dein.
Prepare Thai Peanut Sauce:
-Blender jug mein chilli garlic sauce,peanut butter,soy sauce,honey,lehsan,adrak,dried basil,lal mirch crushed aur namak dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & squeeze bottle mein dal dein.
Prepare Chicken:
-Bowl mein chicken,soy sauce,kali mirch powder,namak aur dried basil dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur chicken gul janay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes).
Assembling:
-Makai ka atta chirak dein aur dough ko smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein.
-Dough ko 6 equal portions mein divide ker lein.
-Small dough (115g) la ker ball bana lein,makai ka atta chirak dein aur haath ki madad sa pheela lein.
-Greased baking tary per rakh dein aur fork sa prick ker lein.
-Tayyar thai peanut sauce dal ker pheela lein,mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,tayyar cooked chicken,shimla mirch,pyaz,gajar aur & mozzarella cheese dal dein (makes 6).
-Preheated oven mein 190C per 12-15 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
-Tayyar thai peanut sauce,mong phalli,hara dhania aur gajar dal ker serve karein!
