Ingredients:
-Chicken fillets ½ kg
-Thai red chillies 6-8
-Water 3-4 tbs
-Coconut milk powder ½ Cup (50g)
-Water 400ml
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ¼ tsp
-Brown sugar powdered 1 & ½ tbs
-Soy sauce 2 tbs
-Lime juice 2 tbs
-Lime zest ½ tsp
-Fresh parsley chopped 1 tbs
Directions:
-Cut chicken fillets from the center then cut into half & set aside.
-In a blender,add thai red chillies,water,blend well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add coconut milk powder,water,mix well & set aside.
-In a cast iron pan,add cooking oil,garlic & fry until light golden.
-Add chicken pieces & cook on medium low flame for 3-4 minutes each side.
-Add thai chilli paste,salt black pepper crushed,brown sugar,soy sauce,lime juice,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add prepared coconut milk,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on medium flame for 10-12 minutes then cook on high flame for a minute.
-Add lime zest & fresh parsley.
-Serve with boiled rice!

-Blender mein thai red chillies aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein coconut milk powder aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Cast iron pan mein cooking oil aur lehsan dal ker light golden ho jay tak fry ker lein.
-Chicken pieces dal ker darmiyani halki ancch per 3-4 minutes (each side) kliya paka lein.
-Thai chilli paste,namak,kali mirch crushed,brown sugar,soy sauce aur lime juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Tayyar coconut milk dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur darmiyani ancch per 10-12 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Lime zest aur fresh parsley dal dein.
-Boiled rice ka saath serve karein!
