Ingredients:
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chillies) soaked & deseeded 1-2
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 5-6
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4
-Pyaz (Onion) 1 small
-Water 4-5 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Tamatar (Tomato) chopped ½ Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes ½ Cup
-Gajar (Carrot) diced ½ Cup
-Aloo (Potatoes) 2 small (80% boiled)
-Matar (Peas) ¼ Cup (80% boiled)
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder ½ tsp
-Garam masala powder ¼ tsp
-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tsp
-Water 3-4 tbs
-Chawal (Rice) sella 1 & ½ Cup (90% boiled with salt)
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) rings
Directions:
-In a blender,add kashmiri red chillies,garlic,green chillies,onion,water,blend well & set aside.
-On a griddle,add butter,cooking oil & let it melt.
-Add onion & sauté for a minute.
-Add tomato,capsicum,carrot,potatoes,peas,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add blended paste,pink salt,cumin seeds,turmeric powder,coriander powder,Kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala powder,dried fenugreek leaves,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add water & mix well.
-Add boiled rice & mix well.
-Add lemon juice,fresh coriander,butter & mix well,cook on low flame for a minute & set aside.
-Garnish tawa veg pulao with onion rings & serve with zucchini dahi.

-Blender jug mein Kashmiri lal mirch,lehsan,hari mirchein,pyaz aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Tawa per makhan aur cooking oil dal ker melt ker lein.
-Pyaz dal ker ek minute kliya sauté ker lein.
-Tamatar,shimla mirch,gajar,aloo aur matar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Blended paste,pink salt,zeera,haldi powder,dhania powder,Kashmiri lal mirch powder,garam masala powder aur kasuri methi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Boiled chawal dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Lemon juice,hara dhania aur makhan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per ek minute kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.
-Tawa veg pulao ko onion rings sa garnish ker lein aur zucchini dahi ka saath serve karein.
