Ingredients:
Pizza Dough:
- Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 & ½ Cups
- Baking soda ½ tsp
- Cheeni (Sugar) ½ tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
- Dahi (Yogurt) 2 tbs
- Oil 2 tbs
- Pani (Water) lukewarm ½ Cup or as required
Chicken Tikka Topping:
- Dahi (Yogurt) ¼ Cup
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
- Tikka masala 1 & ½ tbs
- Chicken boneless cubes 200 gms
- Oil 1 tbs
Pizza Sauce:
- Oil 1 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) peeled & chopped 2 large
- Cheeni (Sugar) ½ tsp
- Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Mixed herbs ½ tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
- Tomato ketchup ¼ Cup
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
Assembling:
- Prepared pizza sauce
- Cheddar cheese grated 2-3 tbs
- Cooked chicken
- Pyaz (Onion) slices
- Tamatar (Tomato)
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum)
- Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup or as required
- Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup or as required
- Black olives
- Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed
Directions:
For Pizza Dough:
In bowl,add all-purpose flour,baking soda,sugar,salt and mix well.
Add yogurt,oil and mix well.
Gradually add lukewarm water and knead until dough is formed,cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
For Chicken Tikka Topping:
In frying pan,add yogurt,garlic,tikka masala and mix well.
Add chicken boneless cubes and mix well.
Add oil,now turn on the flame and mix well.
Cover and cook for 5 minutes then cook on high flame until dry & set aside.
For Pizza Sauce:
In frying pan,add oil,garlic and mix.
Add tomatoes and mix well.
Add sugar,red chili crushed,salt,mixed herbs and mix well.
Add onion and mix well.
Cover and cook on low flame for 3 minutes.
Add tomato ketchup and black pepper crushed,mix well & let it cool down.
In grinder,add cooked tomato mixture,grind until smooth & set aside.
Can be store for up to 1 week in refrigerator and 1 month in freezer.
Grease hands with oil and knead dough again.
On working surface,sprinkle flour and roll out dough with the help of rolling pin.
Heat griddle,place rolled dough and prick with fork.
Cover and cook on very low flame for 2-3 minutes then flip carefully and cook other side for 3 minutes.
Grease with oil and flip again then turn off the flame.
Add and spread prepared pizza sauce,cheddar cheese,cooked chicken,onion,tomato,capsicum,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,black olives and red chili crushed.
Turn on the flame,cover and cook on low flame until cheese melts (approx. 8 minutes).
Cut into slices & serve!

Dahi aur oil dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Thora thora ker ka neem garam pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein aur 20 minutes kliya rakh dein.
For Chicken Tikka Topping:
Frying pan mein dahi,lehsan,tikka masala dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Chicken boneless cubes shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix karein.
Oil dal dein,ab chulha on karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Dhak dein aur 5 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein & side per rakh dein.
For Pizza Sauce:
Frying pan mein oil aur lehsan dal ker mix karein.
Tamatar shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Cheeni,lal mirch crushed,namak aur mixed herbs dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Dhak dein aur halki ancch per 3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Tomato ketchup aur kali mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & thanda ker lein.
Grinder mein tayyar tomato mixture dal ker ache tarhan grinder ker lein & side per rakh dein.
1 week tak refrigerator mein aur 1 month tak freezer mein store ker saktay han.
Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur dough ko dubara ghond lein.
Working surface per maida chirak dein aur dough ko rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
Tawa garam karein aur rolled dough rakh ker fork sa prick ker lein.
Dhak dein aur bohat halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein phir carefully flip karein aur dosri side ko 3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Oil sa grease karein aur dubara flip ker lein phir chulha bund ker lein.
Pizza sauce dal ker pheela lein,cheddar chesse,cooked chicken,pyaz,tamatar,shimla mirch,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,black olive aur lal mirch crushed dal dein.
Chulha on karein aur dhak ker bohat halki ancch per cheese melt hunay tak paka lein (approx. 8 minutes).
