Ingredients:
Prepare Sweet & Spicy Beef:
- Beef undercut ½ kg
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 cloves
- Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tsp
- Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 10-12
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1 & ½ tsp
- Sugar 2 & ½ tbs
- Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs
- Hot sauce 3-4 tbs
- Sirka (Vinegar) 2 & ½ tbs
- Worcestershire sauce 1 tbs
- Yakhni (Stock) 1 & ½ Cup
- Cornflour 2 & ½ tsp
- Water 1-2 tbs
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) white part ¼ Cup
- Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped
Prepare Vegetable Fried Rice:
- Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
- Anday (Eggs) whisked 3
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
- Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
- Gajar (Carrots) chopped ¾ Cup
- Corn kernels boiled ¾ Cup
- Shimla (Capsicum) chopped ¾ Cup
- Band gobhi (Cabbage) chopped 1 Cup
- Chawal (Rice) 2 Cups (boiled with salt until ¾th done)
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
- Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Chicken powder 1 tbs (optional)
- Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
- Soy sauce 2 & ½ tbs
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped ½ Cup
Directions:
Prepare Sweet & Spicy Beef:
Cut beef undercut into thin slices & set aside.
In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic,ginger and fry until light golden.
Add button red chillies and mix well.
Add beef slices and mix well until it changes color.
Add salt,white pepper powder,sugar,soy sauce,hot sauce,vinegar,worcestershire sauce,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Add stock,mix well and bring it to boil.
In cornflour,add water and whisk well.
Now add dissolved cornflour and mix well.
Add green onion white part,mix well and cook until sauce is thick (2-3 minutes).
Heat cast iron sizzler pan,add butter and let it melt.
Add sweet & spicy beef,garnish with green onion leaves & serve with fried rice.
Prepare Vegetable Fried Rice:
In eggs,add salt and whisk well.
In a wok,add cooking oil,whisked eggs,mix well & set aside.
In the same wok,add cooking oil,butter and let it melt.
Add carrots,corn kernels,capsicum,cabbage,mix well and cook on high flame for a minute.
Add boiled rice and give it a good mix.
Add garlic powder,white pepper powder,black pepper powder,salt,chicken powder,vinegar,soy sauce,fried egg and mix well.
Add green onion leaves and mix well.
Garnish with green onion leaves & serve!

Karahi mein cooking oil,lehsan aur adrak dal dein aur light golden hunay tak fry ker lein.
Sabut lal mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Beef slices dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Namak,safed mirch powder,cheeni,soy sauce,hot sauce,sirka aur worcestershire sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
Yakhni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
Cornflour mein pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Ab dissolved cornflour dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Hara pyaz safed hissa dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur sauce garha ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
Cast iron sizzler pan ko garam karein aur makhan dal ker pheela lein.
Sweet & spicy beef dal dein aur hara pyaz leaves sa garnish ker ka fried rice ka saath serve karein.

Us he karahi mein cooking oil aur makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
Gajar,corn kernels,shimla mirch aur band gobhi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur tez ancch per ek minute kliya paka lein.
Boiled chawal dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Lehsan powder,safed mirch powder,kali mirch powder,namak,chicken powder,sirka,soy sauce aur fried anday dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
