Ingredients:
-Anday (Eggs) 3
-Olper’s milk 1 Cup
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 3 tbs
-Baking powder 1 tbs
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Makhan (Butter) melted unsalted 1 Cup
-Olper's cream 1 Cup (room temperature)
-Maida (All-purpose Flour) sifted 2 Cups
-Olper's cream chilled
-Makhan (Butter) cubes
-Maple syrup
Directions:
-In a bowl,add eggs & whisk well.
-Add milk,caster sugar,baking powder,himalayan pink salt,vanilla essence,butter,cream & whisk well.
-Gradually add all-purpose flour & whisk continuously until well combined & transfer to a squeeze bottle.
-Heat non-stick frying pan & grease with cooking oil.
-Add mixture in frying pan through squeeze bottle & cook on low flame until golden (1-2 minutes each side) (makes 5).
-Drizzle cream in between pancakes,add butter,drizzle maple syrup & serve!

-Non-stick frying pan ko garam karein & cooking oil sa grease ker lein.
-Frying pan mein mixture ko squeeze bottle ka through dal dein aur halki ancch per golden ho janay tak paka lein (1-2 minutes each side) (makes 5).
-Pancakes ka bech mein cream drizzle karein,makhan aur maple syrup dal ker serve karein!
