Ingredients:
-Sriracha sauce 3 tbs
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Lemon juice ½ tsp
-Honey 1 tsp
-Tomato ketchup 1 tbs
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped ½ Cup
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 tsp
-Boneless chicken small cubes 300g
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ¼ tsp
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes ¼ Cup
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped 1-2 tbs
-Anday (Eggs) 2-3
-Water 1 tbs
-Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch or to taste
-Cooking oil 1 tbs

Directions:
-In a bowl,add sriracha sauce,soy sauce,lemon juice,honey,tomato ketchup,mix well & set aside.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,onion,garlic & sauté for a minute.
-Add chicken & mix well until it changes color.
-Add paprika powder,pink salt,black pepper crushed,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add prepared sauce,mix well & cook for a minute & reserve 1-2 tbs for later use.
-Add capsicum,spring onion leaves,mix well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add eggs,water,pink salt,whisk well & set aside
-On non-stick griddle,add cooking oil & spread evenly.
-Add whisked eggs,spread evenly & cook on low flame until done (2 minutes).
-Turn off the flame,add prepared chicken filling in the center & fold all four sides to make a square shape.
-On serving plale,place stuffed omelette,cut the omelette from the center in plus shape & open it.
-Pour reserved sauce,sprinkle green onion leaves & serve with sriracha sauce (makes 2).

-Paprika powder,pink salt aur kali mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Tayyar sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein aur 1-2 tbs ko bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein.
-Shimla mirch aur hara pyaz leaves dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein anday,pani aur pink salt dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Non-stick frying pan mein cooking oil dal ker pheela lein.
-Pheetay hoye anday dal ker evenly pheela lein aur halki ancch per paka lein (2 minutes).
-Chulha bund ker dein aur tayyar chicken filling ko dal ker tamam four sides ko fold ker ka square shape bana lein.
-Serving plale mein stuffed omelette rakh dein aur center sa plus shape mein cut ker ka open ker lein.
-Reserved sauce aur hara pyaz leaves dal dein aur sriracha sauce ka saath serve karein (makes 2).
