In small jug,add lukewarm water,sugar,instant yeast and mix well,cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
In bowl,add all-purpose flour,add salt and mix.
Add cooking oil,yeast mixture,mix well and knead until dough is formed.
Add cooking oil and knead again.
Cover and let it rest for 1 hour at warm place.
In chopper,add carrots,capsicum,green chili and chop well.
Add chicken,soy sauce,tabasco sauce,salt,black pepper crushed,chop coarsely & set aside.
Grease hands with oil and knead dough again until smooth.
Divide the dough into two equal parts.
Take one part,sprinkle flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
Cut into round shape with the help of the cutter.
Place four pieces and overlapping one another.
Add chicken stuffing and starting from one end,roll carefully to form a rose shape (makes 6-8).
Grease baking tray with oil,place prepared roses and applying egg wash.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 25-30 minutes.

Cooking oil dal ker dubara ghond lein.
Dhak ker 1 hour kliya garam jagha per rakh dein.
Chopper mein gajar,shimla mirch aur hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.
Chicken,soy sauce,tabasco sauce,namak aur kali mirch crushed dal ker coarsely chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur dough ko dubara smooth hunay tak ghond lein.
Dough ko do hisson mein divide ker lein.
Ek part lein,maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
Cutter ki madad sa round shape mein cut ker lein.
Char pieces ko overlap kertay hoye ek dosray per rakh dein.
Chicken stuffing dal dein aur end sa carefully roll kertay hoye rose ki shape bana lein (makes 6-8).
Baking tray ko oil sa grease karein aur tayyar roses rakh ker anda laga lein.
Preheated oven main 180 C per 25-30 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
