Ingredients:
Prepare Kabab for Stuffing:
-Beef qeema (Mince) 500g
-Pyaz (Onion) grated & squeezed 1 large
-Tomato paste 2 tbs
-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Dried thyme 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Paprika powder ½ tbs
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Breadcrumbs 2 tbs
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
Prepare Potato Mixture:
-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 5-6 medium
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Cheddar cheese grated ¼ Cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
-Maida (All-purpose flour) as required
-Anday (Eggs) whisked
-Breadcrumbs as required
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
Prepare Kabab for Stuffing:
-In a bowl,add beef mince,onion,tomato paste,garlic paste,egg,cumin powder,dried thyme,black pepper powder,paprika powder,pink salt,breadcrumbs & mix until well combined.
-Grease hands with oil,take a mixture (60g) & make kababs of equal sizes.
-In a frying pan,heat cooking oil & shallow fry kababs on low flame from all sides until golden brown & set aside.
Prepare Potato Mixture:
-In a bowl,add potatoes & mash well with the help of masher.
-Add black pepper powder,pink salt,red chilli crushed,cheddar cheese,fresh coriander & mix well.
-Grease hands with oil,take 50g of potato mixture & spread it on palm of your hand.
-Place fried kabab on it & coat properly with potato mixture.
-Coat potato cutlet with all-purpose flour then dip in whisked eggs & coat with breadcrumbs then again dip in whisked eggs & coat with breadcrumbs.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry stuffed potato cutlets on low flame until golden & crispy.
-Serve with tomato ketchup (makes 11-12).

-Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur kababs ko halki ancch per tamam sides sa golden brown ho janay tak fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.

-Bowl mein aloo dal dein aur masher ki madad sa ache tarhan mash ker lein.
-Kali mirch powder,pink salt,lal mirch crushed,cheddar cheese aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur potato mixture 50g lein aur haath ki hateli per pheela lein.
-Fried kabab rakh dein aur potato mixture sa ache tarhan coat ker lein.
-Potato cutlet ko maida mein coat karein phir pheetay hoye anday mein dip karein aur breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein phir dubara pheetay hoye anday mein dip karein aur breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur stuffed potato cutlets ko halki ancch per golden & crispy ho Janay tak fry ker lein.
-Tomato ketchup ka saath serve karein (makes 11-12).
