Ingredients:
-Chicken boiled & shredded 1 & ½ Cup
-Cheddar cheese grated 3-4 tbs
-Pickled jalapenos chopped 3-4 tbs
-Mayonnaise 4-5 tbs
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp
-Pyaz (Onion) large 1-2
-Maida (All-purpose flour)
-Anday (Eggs) whisked
-Breadcrumbs
-Cooking oil for frying
-Non-stick spray
Prepare Pickled Mayo Sauce:
-Mayonnaise ½ Cup
-Pickled jalapenos chopped 1 & ½ tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 2 tbs
-Kheera (Cucumber) chopped 2 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
-Hot sauce 4 tbs
-Pickled water 2 tbs
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
Directions:
-In a bowl,add chicken,cheddar cheese,pickled jalapenos,mayonnaise,paprika powder,salt,red chilli crushed,black pepper powder,mix well & set aside.
-Cut thick slices of onion & separate its rings.
-Stuffed onion rings with prepared chicken filling & freeze for 30 minutes.
-Coat stuffed onion rings with all-purpose flour then dip in whisked egg & coat with breadcrumbs then again dip in whisked egg & coat with breadcrumbs (makes 10-12).
Option # 1: Frying
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.
Option # 2: Air Fry
-Spray non-sticks spray on both sides & air fry at 180C for 10 minutes.
Prepare Pickled Mayo Sauce:
-In a bowl,add mayonnaise,pickled jalapenos,onion,cucumber,fresh coriander,hot sauce,pickled water,salt & mix well.
-Serve stuffed onion rings with pickled mayo sauce!

-Pyaz ka thick slices cut ker ka rings ko alag ker lein.
-Pyaz rings mein tayyar chicken filling bhar dein aur 30 minutes kliya freeze ker lein.
-Stuffed onion rings ko maida mein coat karein phir pheetay hoye anday mein dip ker ka breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein phir dubara pheetay hoye anday mein dip ker ka breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein (makes 10-12).
Option # 1: Frying
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein.
Option # 2: Air Fry
-Dono sides per non-stick spray karein aur 180C per 10 minutes kliya air fry ker lein.
Prepare Pickled Mayo Sauce:
-Bowl mein mayonnaise,pickled jalapenos,pyaz,kheera,hara dhania,hot sauce,pickled water aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
