Ingredients:
-Chicken boneless fillets 3 pieces
-Olper’s Cream ½ Cup
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) crushed 1 tbs
-Dahi (Yogurt) hung 3 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
-Onion powder 1 tsp
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Besan (Gram flour) roasted 2 tbs
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Olper’s cream ¼ Cup
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ¼ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
Directions:
-Cut chicken fillets from the center and pound fillets with the help of meat hammer from both sides then cut into two longitudinally strips.
-Make all the pieces in similar process & set aside.
Prepare Marinade:
-In a bowl,add cream,green chilli crushed,yogurt,ginger garlic paste,salt,black pepper crushed,onion powder,coriander seeds,garam masala powder,gram flour,cumin powder & whisk until well combined.
-Now add chicken pieces and mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
Prepare Stuffing:
-In a bowl,add cream,lemon juice & mix well until it thickens.
-Add cheddar cheese,fresh coriander,red chilli crushed and salt,mix well & set aside.
-On a clean surface,place a marinated chicken strips,add 1 tsp of cheese filling & roll out.
-On a wooden skewer,skew stuffed chicken with capsicum (makes 6).
-Grease frying pan with cooking oil & cook chicken skewers from all sides until tender & golden brown and cover in between on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Serve with green chutney!

-Is he tarhan baqi piece mein tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Marinade:
-Bowl mein cream,hari mirch crushed,dahi,adrak lehsan paste,namak,kali mirch crushed,onion powder,sabut dhania,garam masala powder,besan aur zeera powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Ab chicken pieces dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
Prepare Stuffing:
-Bowl mein cream aur lemon dal ker garha ho ajanay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Cheddar cheese,hara dhania,lal mirch crushed aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Clean working surface per marinated chicken strips rakh dein aur 1 tsp cheese filling dal ker roll ker lein.
-Wooden skewer per stuffed chicken ko shimla mirch ka saath laga lein (makes 6).
-Frying pan ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur chicken skewers ko tamam sides sa golden brown aur gul janay tak paka lein,bech mein halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya cover ker lein.
-Green chutney ka saath serve karein!
