Ingredients:
Pizza Dough:
- All Purpose Flour (APF) 2 Cups
- Sugar 1 ½ tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Warm Water As required (5-6 tbsp)
- Milk at Room Temperature 1/4 Cup
- Yeast (Instant) 1 ½ tsp
- Sufi Oil 5-6 tbsp
Topping aur Crust Preparation:
- Sufi Seekh Kabab (slightly fried in oil) 5-6
- Sufi Chicken Tender(deep fried and julienne cut) 5-6
- Mozzarella thin slices 5-6
- Onion sliced 1 small
- Olives 8-10
- Jalapeno 6-8
- Tomato finely chopped 1 small
- Mozzarella and cheddar cheese grated both 1-1 ½ Cup each
- Pizza Sauce 4tbsp
Directions:
Add salt, sugar, and yeast in APF. And make a well in it.
Now add milk and oil in flour and mix till crumble with hands.
Gradually add water and mix till a ball forms.
Once the ball form, knead with palm lightly on oily surface and use oil in palms to avoid mess in hands
Once a soft dough form, put it in a greased container in a warm place for 1 hour covered with a hot bowl, cling or wet kitchen cloth.
After that the dough rises.
Punch it down and leave for another 20 mins.
Pizza dough is ready to use.
Crust & Topping:
Once the Pizza Dough is ready, adjust in pan and spread it with hands so the edges come out of pan. Stuff the crust with Sufi Seekh Kebab and Mozzarella thin slices. .
Before stuffing kebabs in crust, cut the kebabs in two halves.
Spread the Pizza Sauce on all over pizza.
Sprinkle some cheddar cheese
Add Onion, Tomato, Olives, Sufi chicken tenders.
Topped with all the cheese both Mozzarella and cheddar
Lastly add jalapenos
Preheat the oven at 180 and bake the Pizza for 15-20 mins. Serve Hot
Ajza:
Pizza Dough:
- Maida 2 Cups
- Cheeni 1 ½ tsp
- Namak 1 tsp
- Neem Garam pani (as required) 5-6 tbsp.
- Normal temperature doodh 1/4 Cup
- Khameer (Instant) 1 ½ tsp
- Sufi Tel 5-6 tbsp
Topping aur Crust ki Tyari:
- Sufi Seekh Kabab(halke tel main tale hue) 5-6
- Sufi Chicken Tender(deep fried and julienne cut) 5-6
- Mozzarella ki patli slices 5-6
- Piyaz sliced 1 small
- Zaitoon 8-10
- Jalapeno 6-8
- Tamatar bareek kata hua 1 small
- Mozzarella and cheddar cheese dono kadukash1-1 ½ Cup
- Pizza Sauce 4-5 tbsp
Directions:
Sab se pehle maiday main namak, cheeni and khameer shamil karden.
Ab is main doodh aur tel daal daal haathon se mix karlen. Aur garha sa bana lein.
Neem garam pani shamil karte jaye aur maida goondh lein.
Goondhte hue haath pe and maide pe halka halka tel lagate jaye take maida chipke nahi.
Jab sab mil kar ek ball ki tarah ban jaye to hatheli se naram goondh lein.
Last main halka tel maida pe laga k 1 ghante ke liye garam jaga pe rakh dein.
1 ghante baad maida ka size barh jayega.
Isko ek dafa aur haath se goondh ke phir 20 min ke liye garam jaga pe chhor dein.
Pizza Dough tayar hai.
Pizza ka dough ko pan main adjust karen. Haath se pehlaate jaye ke uske kone pan se bahar ajaye phir uski crust ko sufi ke seekh kabab aur mozzarella ki thin slices se stuff karlein.
Stuff karte hue kabab ko beech main se do halves main cut karlein. Iske baad pizza sauce ko phela ke laga lein. Cheddar cheese ko daalein
Piyaz, tamatar, zaitoon, sufi chicken tender ache se uper se daalein.
Mazeed cheese upper pehlaye (dono mozerallaa aur cheddar)
Jalapeno uper se sajaein
Pizza ko 190 degrees per pre heated oven main 15-20 min bake karke serve karein.
