Ingredients:
-Chilli sauce 1 & ½ tbs
-Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Mustard paste 1 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Dried parsley 1 tsp
-Chicken fillet 2-3 approx. 500g
-Mozzarella cheese (½ inch thick & 3 inches long) 200g or as required
-Maida (All-purpose flour) as required
-Anday (Eggs) whisked 4
-Breadcrumbs as required
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
-In a bowl,add chilli sauce,soy sauce,vinegar,ginger garlic paste,mustard paste,red chilli powder,pink salt,black pepper powder,dried parsley,whisk well & set aside.
-Cut chicken fillet from the center & flatten it with the help of meat pounder as thin as possible ,add in marinade,mix well & marinate for 15 minutes.
-On a cutting board,place marinated chicken,cover with cling film & hammer until as flat or thin as possible & make a chicken sheet.
-Place mozzarella cheese fingers, cut chicken sheet,fold & roll to make a finger.
-Coat with all-purpose flour then dip into whisked eggs & coat with breadcrumbs then repeat same coating (makes 8-10 fingers).
-Flash freeze for 8-10 hours, once frozen, store them in a zip lock bag for up to 1 month
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.
-Serve with honey mustard sauce!
