Chop onion,green chili,tomato & set aside.
On griddle,add cooking oil,cumin seeds and mix
Add onion and fry until translucent.
Add green chili,tomato and mix well,cover and cook until tomatoes are soft.
Add tikka masala and mix well.
Add potato and mash well.
Add cooking oil and mix well.
Add chickpeas and water,mix & mash well.
Add water and mix well,cover and cook for 2 minutes.
Add lemon juice and mix well.
On griddle,add cooking oil and toast the bun.
On bun,add potato & chickpea mixture,green chutney,onion,chaat masala and top with another bun (makes 8).
Add cooking oil,gain fry bun kabab and serve with tomato ketchup & green chutney.

Chanay aur pani dal dein aur ache tarhan mix & mash ker lein.
Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Lemon juice dal ker mix karein.
Tawa per cooking oil dal dein aur bun ko toast ker lein.
Bun per aloo & chanay ka mixture,hari chutney,pyaz aur chaat masala dal dein aur top bun sa cover ker lein (makes 8).
Cooking oil dal dein aur bun kabab ko dubara fry ker lein,tomato ketchup & hari chutney ka saath serve karein.
