Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless cubes 350g
- Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tbs
- Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs
- Cornflour 1 tbs
- Water 1-2 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tbs
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) chopped ¼ Cup
- Cooking oil ½ tbs
- Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups
- Salt 1 & ½ tsp
- Cooking oil 2 tsp
- Water 1 Cup or as required
Directions:
In a chopper,add chicken,onion,salt,black pepper crushed,soy sauce,cornflour and chop well.
Add water and chop again.
Take out in a bowl,add garlic,green onion,cooking oil,mix well & set aside.
In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt and mix well.
Add cooking oil and mix well until it crumbles.
Gradually add water and knead until hard dough is formed,cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Knead dough again until smooth,cover with cling film and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Knead dough again and divide into four equal parts.
Take one part and roll out with the help of rolling pin then cut into round shape with the help of the cutter (3 inch) and cover with kitchen towel.
Take one small rolled dough,sprinkle dry flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin (as thin as possible),add chicken mince filling at the center,apply water and bring the edges together,press and seal to make a momo.
Repeat the step with the remaining rolled dough (makes 24-25).
In steam pot,add water,place steam rack,cover and bring it to boil,grease steam rack with cooking oil and place prepared momos.
Cover and steam cook on medium flame for 12-15 minutes.
Serve with soy sauce & hot chili sauce!

Bowl mein nikal lein,lehsan,hara pyaz aur cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein maida aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Cooking oil shamil karein aur crumble hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker hard dough tayyar ker lein aur dhak ker 15 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Dough ko dubara ghond lein aur cling film sa cover ka 10 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Dough ko dubara ghond lein aur char equal parts mein divide ker lein.
Ek part lein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein phir cutter (3 inch) ki madad sa round shape mein cut ker lein aur kitchen towel sa cover ker lein.
Ek rolled dough lein aur maida chirak ker rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein (as thin as possible),chicken qeema filling ko center mein rakh dein aur pani laga ker edges ko press karein aur seal ker ka momo ki shape bana lein.
Yehe step baqi rolled dough ka saath karein (makes 24-25).
Steam pot mein pani dal dein aur steam rakh ker dhak dein aur ubal anay dein,steam rack ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur tayyar momos rakh dein.
Dhak ker darmiyani ancch per 12-15 minutes kliya steam cook ker lein.
Soy sauce & hot chilli sauce ka saath serve karein!
