Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless cubes 200g
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp
- Water 1 & ½ Cup
- Cooking oil 1 tbs
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1 medium
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
- Peri peri sauce 1 tbs
- Chilli garlic sauce 1 tbs
- Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
- Soy sauce 2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp
- Mozzarella cheese grated ¼ Cup
- Cheddar cheese grated ¼ Cup
- Frozen paratha 5
- Makhan (Butter) melted
- Anda (Egg) whisked 1
- Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
In a sauce pan,add chicken,salt,black pepper powder,water,mix well & bring it to boil and boil for 15 minutes or until tender then strain & let it cool.
Shred with the help of hands & set aside.
In a frying pan,add cooking oil,ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Add shredded chicken,mix well and cook for a minute.
Add capsicum,onion and mix well.
Add black pepper powder,salt,red chilli crushed,peri peri sauce,chilli garlic sauce,vinegar,soy sauce, worcestershire sauce,mix well and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes & let it cool.
Add mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,mix well & set aside.
On working place,sprinkle dry flour & place 3 frozen parathas on it one by one,join them by applying water and cut the sides of parathas & stick the joining points together with dry flour.
Add & spread prepared chicken filling,fold paratha with dusted flour hands and seal by applying water.
Repeat the same process for another 2 parathas.
Grease baking tray with melted butter,make a spiral shape of rolled paratha & join both rolled parathas together,pinch and seal the end tightly and fold underneath and apply melted butter with the help of the brush.
Option # 1: Baking
Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 18 minutes then takeout from oven and brush whisked egg all over it & grill again in preheated oven at 180 C until it turns golden brown (2-3 minutes).
Option # 2: Frying
Make roll in a smaller size.
In a frying pan,add cooking oil & fry spiral fajita pie on medium low flame until golden brown (2-3 minutes both side).
Serve with salsa!

Sauce pan mein chicken,namak,kali mirch powder aur pani dal dein aur ubal anay ka bad 15 minutes ya chicken gul janay tak boil ker lein phir strain ker ka thanda ker lein.
Haathon ki madad sa chicken shred ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Frying pan mein cooking oil aur adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Shredded chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
Shimla mirch aur pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Kali mirch powder,namak,lal mirch crushed,peri peri sauce,chilli garlic sauce,sirka,soy sauce aur worcestershire sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 2 minute kliya paka lein & thanda ker lein.
Mozzarella cheese aur cheddar cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Working surface per maida chirak dein aur 3 frozen paratha ek,ek ker ka rakh dein aur pani laga ker join ker lein,paratha ki sides ko cut ker lein aur joints ko maida laga ker stick ker lein.
Tayyar chicken filling dal dein,haathon per maida laga lein aur paratha ko fold lein aur pani laga ker seal ker lein.
Same yehe procedure sa baqi 2 aur paratha tayyar ker lein.
Baking tray ko melted butter sa grease karein aur rolled paratha ko spiral shape mein roll ker lein aur dono paratha ko ek dosray ka saath pinch ker ka seal ker lein aur brush ki madad sa melted makhan laga lein.
Option # 1: Baking
Preheated oven mein 180 C per 18 minutes kliya bake ker lein phir oven sa nikal lein aur pheeta huwa anda laga lein aur dubara preheated oven mein 180 C per golden brown hunay tak grill ker lein (2-3 minutes).
Option # 2: Frying
Chotay size mein roll bana lein.
Frying pan mein cooking oil dal dein aur spiral fajita pie ko darmiyani halki ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein (2-3 minutes both side).
