Ingredients:
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Lemon juice 1 tsp
-Chicken fillet 300g
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Thai red chillies sliced 2
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced 2
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped ½ Cup
-Fresh basil leaves chopped ½ Cup
-Tomato paste 2 tbs
-Yakhni (Stock) 1 Cup
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Cream 200g (room temperature)
-Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
-Fettucine pasta 250g (boiled with salt)
-Fresh basil leaves
Directions:
-In a dish,add paprika powder,pink salt,black pepper powder,red chilli powder,garlic powder,cooking oil, lemon juice & mix well.
-Add chicken fillets,mix & coat well.
-Grease frying pan with cooking oil,seasoned fillets & cook on low flame from both sides for 6-8 minutes then cut into slices & set aside.
-In the same frying pan,add cooking oil,thai red chillies,green chillies,garlic & sauté for a minute.
-Add onion,mix well & sauté for 2 minutes.
-Add fresh basil leaves & mix well.
-Add tomato paste,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Add stock,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Add red chilli crushed,pink salt,black pepper powder & mix well.
-Turn off the flame,add cream & mix well.
-Turn on the flame,add cheddar cheese,mix well & cook until cheese melts.
-Add boiled fettucine pasta & fold gently.
-Garnish with fresh basil leaves & serve with chicken.

-Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2 minute kliya sauté ker lein.
-Fresh basil leaves dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Tomato paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Yakhni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Lal mirch crushed,pink salt aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chulha on karein,cheddar cheese dal ker mix karein aur cheese melt ho janay tak paka lein.
-Boiled fettucine pasta dal ker gently fold ker lein.
