Ingredients:
-Beef boneless cubes ½ kg
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Meat tenderizer 1 & ½ tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Laung (Cloves) 3-4
-Kabab chini (Allspice) 5-6
-Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 8-10
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2
-Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 1
-Jaifil (Nutmeg) ¼ piece
-Javatri (Mace) 2 pieces
-Tikka masala 1 & ½ tbs
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) crushed 1 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
-Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke
-Makhan (Butter)
Yogurt Sauce:
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup
-Podina (Mint leaves) handful
-Hari mirch (Green chili) 1-2
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp
-Kala namak (Black salt) ¼ tsp
Directions:
-In bowl,add beef boneless cubes,lemon juice,ginger garlic paste,meat tenderizer,mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
-In spice mixer,add cumin seeds,cloves,allspice,black peppercorns,green cardamom,black cardamom, nutmeg,mace and grind to make a fine powder & set aside.
-In marinated beef,add grinded spices,tikka masala,turmeric powder,red chili powder,salt,green chili and fresh coriander,mix well and marinate for 4 hours to overnight.
-Give a charcoal some for 3 minutes and insert beef cubes onto the skewers.
-Grease grill pan with butter and fry skewers from both sides until done.
Yogurt Sauce:
-In grinder,add yogurt,mint leaves,green chili,cumin seeds,black salt and grind well.
Ajza:

-Spice mixer mein zeera,laung,kabab chini,sabut kali mirch,hari elaichi,badi elaichi,jaifil aur javatri dal ker ache tarhan grind ker ka powder tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Marinated beef mein grinded spices,tikka masala,haldee powder,lal mirch powder,namak,hari mirch aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4 hours ya overnight kliya marinate ker lein.
-3 minutes kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein aur beef cubes ko skewers per laga lein.
-Grill pan ko butter sa grease karein aur skewers ko dono sides sa fry ker lein.
Yogurt Sauce:
-Grinder mein dahi,podina,hari mirch,zeera aur kala namak dal ker ache tarhan grind ker lein.
