Ingredients:
-Hot water as required
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 4-5
-Laung (Cloves) 4-5
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Zarda ka rang (Orange food color) 2 tsp or as required
-Chawal (Rice) Sella 750g (soaked for 1 hour)
-Olper’s Tarrka Desi Ghee ½ Cup
-Sugar 2 & ½ Cups or to taste
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2-3
-Laung (Cloves) 3-4
-Olper’s Tarrka Desi Ghee 2 tbs
-Hot water 1 Cup
-Kewra water 1 & ½ tbs
-Olper’s Milk powder 1/3 Cup
-Sukha nariyal (Dried coconut) slices
-Badam (Almonds) boiled & peeled
-Kishmish (Raisins)
-Pista (Pistachios) boiled & peeled
-Khoya as required
-Tutti frutti as required
-Badam (Almonds) sliced
-Pista (Pistachios) boiled & peeled
-Sukha nariyal (Dried coconut) slices
-Cham cham mithai
Directions:
-In a pot,add hot water,green cardamom,cloves,salt,orange food color,mix well & bring it to boil.
-Add rice,mix well & boil until 3/4th done then strain & set aside.
-In a saucepan,add desi ghee,let it melt & set aside.
-In a pot,add sugar,green cardamom,cloves,desi ghee,hot water & kewra water,turn on the flame & cook on medium flame until sugar melts.
-Add boiled rice,mix well & cook on medium flame for 8-10 minutes.
-Add milk powder,dried coconut,almonds,raisins,pistachios,melted desi ghee & mix well.
-Add khoya,cover with kitchen cloth & lid & steam cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes.
-Garnish with khoya,tutti fruiti,almonds,pistachios,dried coconut,cham cham & serve!
