Ingredients:
Prepare Chicken Filling:
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped ½ Cup
-Chicken boiled & shredded 500g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Tikka masala 2 tbs
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Water 4-5 tbs
Prepare Sauce:
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup
-Mayonnaise 5 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4
-Lehsan (Garlic) 4 cloves
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Podina (Mint leaves) 12-15
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful
Prepare Paratha:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 & ½ Cups
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Sugar powdered 1 tbs
-Ghee (Clarified butter) melted 2 tbs
-Water 1 Cup or as required
-Ghee (Clarified butter) 1 tbs
-Ghee (Clarified butter) ½ tbs
-Ghee (Clarified butter) ½ tbs
Assembling:
-French fries as required
Directions:
Prepare Chicken Filling:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,onion & sauté until translucent.
-Add chicken,ginger garlic paste,pink salt,cumin powder,turmeric powder,tikka masala,lemon juice & mix well.
-Add water & mix well,cover & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes then cook on high flame for 1-2 minutes.
Prepare Sauce:
-In a blender jug,add yogurt,mayonnaise,green chillies,garlic,pink salt,red chilli powder,mint leaves,fresh coriander,blend well & set aside.
Prepare Paratha:
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,pink salt,sugar,clarified butter & mix well until it crumbles.
-Gradually add water,mix well & knead until dough is formed.
-Grease with clarified butter,cover & let it rest for 15 minutes.
-Knead & stretch dough for 2-3 minutes.
-Take a small dough (100g),make a ball & roll out with the help of rolling pin into thin rolled dough.
-Add & spread clarified butter,fold & cut the rolled dough with the help of knife,make a dough ball & roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-On a griddle,add clarified butter,let it melt & fry paratha on medium flame from both sides until golden.
Assembling:
-On a paratha,add & spread prepared sauce,add chicken filling,french fries,prepared sauce & roll it.
-Wrap in baking paper & serve (makes 6).

-Chicken,adrak lehsan paste,pink salt,zeera powder,haldi powder,tikka masala aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Prepare Sauce:
-Blender jug mein dahi,mayonnaise,hari mirchein,lehsan,pink salt,lal mirch powder,podina aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Paratha:
-Bowl mein maida,pink salt,cheeni aur ghee dal dein aur crumble ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Ghee sa grease karein aur dhak ker 15 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-2-3 minutes kliya dough ko knead & stretch ker lein.
-Chota dough (100g) la ker ball bana lein aur rolling pin ki madad sa sa thin bail lein.
-Ghee dal ker pheela lein,fold ker lein aur rolled dough ko knife ki madads a cut ker lein ar dough ball bana ker rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Tawa per ghee dal ker melt ker lein aur paratha ko darmiyani ancch per dono sides sa golden ho janay tak fry ker lein.
Assembling:
-Paratha per tayyar sauce dal ker pheela lein,chicken filling,french fries aur tayyar sauce dal ker roll ker lein.
-Baking paper mein wrap ker ka serve karein (makes 6).
