Ingredients:
- Mutton boneless cubes 250g
- Water 500 ml or as required
- Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Mutton mix boti ½ kg
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) sliced 300g
- Hari mirch (Green chillies) slices 2
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbs
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs
- Mutton boneless cubes 250g
- Ghee ½ Cup
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
- Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbs
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Adrak (Ginger) julienne
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

Directions:
Finley chop mutton boneless into mince & set aside.
In a wok,add water,turmeric powder,salt,ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Add mutton mix boti and mix well.
Add tomatoes,mix well and bring it to boil,cover and cook on medium flame until meat is tender (30-35 minutes).
Add green chillies,red chilli crushed,cumin seeds and fresh coriander,mix well and cook on high flame until water is reduced (2-3 minutes) & set aside.
In a wok,add ghee and let it melt.
Add cumin seeds and mix well.
Add ginger garlic paste,mix well and cook for 30 seconds.
Add hand chopped mutton mince and mix well until it changes color.
Now add cooked mutton,mix well and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Add yogurt,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Add fresh coriander and mix well.
Add black pepper crushed,coriander seeds and garam masala powder,mix well and cook until oil separates.
Garnish with ginger,fresh coriander,lemon & serve!

Mutton boneless ko qeema ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Karahi mein pani,haldi powder,namak aur adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Mutton mix boti dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Tamatar dal ker mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur darmiyani ancch gosht gul janay tak paka lein (30-35 minutes).
Hari mirchein,lal mirch crushed,zeera aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur tez ancch per pani reduce hi janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes) & side per rakh dein.
Karahi mein hee dal ker melt karein.
Zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 30 seconds kliya paka lein.
Hand chopped qeema dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Ab cooked mutton dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein.
Dahi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
Hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Kali mirch crushed,sabut dhania aur garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur oil alag ho janay tak paka lein.
Adrak,hara dhania aur lemon sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
